    I got a no name Amazon squat rack and bench and I have to say that both served me very very well. I was just getting into lifting and didn’t know if I was going to stick with it. I will never be able to out lift their weight capacity. They got me in amazing shape. I since sold those and upgraded to a Rogue rack and Cerakote Ohio bar, Ironmaster super bench v2, and Rep x Pepin on the way. Of course, these are much higher quality and I enjoy them. But I know they are total overkill for me and they are not going to get me in better shape than what I had before. It’s a hobby and I’m willing to indulge myself a little.

    If you’re new to working out and you want to work out at home I would suggest you go the cheap route just to see if you like it.

    I'm Rep Fitness all the way, I own 3 PR-5000s and a ton of attachments from everybody. If a person is looking long term, don't waste time and money on second rate Janky Equipment...
