Have you tried a grilled PB&J? Gooey and warm! I’m a grandmother and I use cookie cutters, hearts, flowers, dinosaurs etc, to cut separately my two pieces of bread. Then I apply the jelly and peanut butter. The kids love them. Works great on meat sandwiches as well.

What I want to see is with home-made croissant dough, where after the first "fold and re-roll" with butter (and then maybe spreading some butter on the top of the re-rolled sheet?), you layer with finely divided cooked minced/ground meat, or maybe "taco flavored" meat, then do the other 5-10 "folds" / "re-rolls" / "folds" / "re-rolls" so the individual "grains" of the minced / ground / finely divided cooked meat get completely incorporated inside the dough layers through multiple re-folds... Would be interested to see how that comes out... As opposed to "dumplings." So, the meat is kind of evenly distributed throughout the dough layers, rather than all in a big pocket in the middle? Will it work? Will it cook correctly? Or will the meat grains inside the "layers" somehow keep it from cooking correctly, from rising, or whatever?

No thanks. Without fiber to slow digestion, your body rapidly turns the refined carbs in white flour into blood sugar. Metabolic disease, anyone? Ever wonder why the least healthy states are in the South?

I’ve not read anything that I use to make the most crispy salmon patties EVER! Drain the salmon - keep a couple of tbls. Flake salmon in a bowl- I discard the skin wherever I see it. Push to one side - break 1 egg, put one and a half tsps of baking powder, a little salt, 1 tbls of Mayo and a squeeze of lemon juice and whisk together. Mix in with the salmon adding 1/2 cup of flour. Diced onions and mix it till consistency to make the patties. Fry in a small amount of oil after it gets hot. Flip as needed but let it brown good on each side! You’ll enjoy every bite!!!!!
