Today I'm going to show you how I make a delicious CHICKEN COOKED with RICE & MANGO SALSA. This recipe ONLY has 4 ingredients. Grab your items and cook along with me.

Ingredients you'll need:
• 4 - Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
• 1 - Cup Uncooked White Rice (I USED MINUTE RICE)
• 1 - 12oz or 16oz Jar Mango Salsa ( I USED THE 16oz JAR)
• 2 - Cups Water
• Salt & Pepper To Taste
Instructions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees
• In a well oiled 9 x 13-inch pan, combine rice & water
• Lay chicken over rice (add salt & pepper if desired) and pour salsa over the top
• Cover and bake 1 hour
• Serve when ready

I don't care for instant rice, do you think this would work with regular rice if you added the water hot? Other than that it looks tasty 😋.

I would think so, but I haven't tried it myself though.

Chicken, Rice, Salsa, Water. I'm not including the salt and pepper since they are spices.
