They all look delicious.. I'd like to make the stew and the soup this coming winter. Think you. Since I am a single Senior, I will try to cut the recipe in half. Thank you .

I make a kielbasa and cabbage soup just like your hobo dinner but add chicken stock to it and serve with cornbread I made it last week for work lunches.

I LOVE Polish Kelbasa 😍 💕 ❤️ I am DEFINITELY trying that. Except I had chemo for breast cancer and the red devil gave me thrash from my mouth to my tailbone so I cannot eat hot stuff like I used to. I'm building up to it again by starting out with pepper jack cheese but I will use stewed tomatoes instead of the Rotel hot tomatoes. Thanks for all the ideas thanks!💕💖👍👍

Me too! The last meal in the video is pretty good without all the hot stuff. Yes, you can definitely use stewed or diced tomatoes instead of the rotel. Thanks for watching the video! 😊

@@HowDoYouCookBackToBasics I LOVE your channel ... you cook like all my grandma's & Aunts growing up. I'm 64 (65 in Oct) so they didn't use much spices or ingredients... the depression taught them how to cook with slim picking. MY gratitude grandma's recipes came from the 1870's Alabama coming to Pensacola in a covered wagon. I'm tryin' to pass down all those recipes to my grandchildren. Living on the Gulf I have LOTSA good seafood recipes from Crabbin', scalloping, fishing, & casting nets for Mullet!! Like I sed .... love your channel. Found it yo review my memory for Salmon Patties!!! yum
