    I didn't understand step c. zig zag stitch: 3mm spacing & 3.5mm wide zig zag. Is 3mm spacing in Wilcom on the Fills section and is zig zag wide on the "Special" ? Also, on the special tab there is so many to pick from but not zigzag is not there, just column c, applique, bitmap, complex fill, sequin etc. Thanks

    I set mine up a few years ago by cutting out washers with my laser engraver machine and doubled up on them using MDF wood. It was a fun project. It worked too. I got that same board from Home Depot. I moved to a different place and have yet to set it up again. I just might after watching this video.

    Thought mighty hoops were supposed to be stored away from the magnet or at least on an angle to preserve it the power of the magnet? They look like they are stored on top of each other.

    Ive always kept them on top w/ no problems. They all still hold the strong power.

    Im running a Fuwei 1500 commercial machine and I have a laptop running on a 64 GB ram and wacom tablet and Hatch 2 digitizing software. I am looking at getting a hooping system soon so my shirts are spot on. My price point was in the thousands to get started. No included the furniture that I had to place my business software on. I spent about 10k dollars+ not including the stuff to use in the embroidery aka stabilizer and thread thats on going. Hehe ppl think its easy to get started.

    Wondering is underlay starting from bottom center out is what you are talking about? I find often the actual fill stitch or satin stitch isn't stitching from bottom center out.

    It takes too long. We make hundreds of shirts per day. It’s so much faster to measure center and hoop it right on the table. This might be good in some circumstances, but not if you are like us, and do the same pattern 100+ times per day

  • @RomeroThreads
    @RomeroThreads12 күн бұрын

    It could have been 3 types of backing. There’s the type that is sew and heat press. If so you should be good. If its heat press only then it’s not made for embroidery.

    Very Nice and Extremely Informative and detailed Instructional video!!!! I went to the Mighty Hoop site to get the hoops for my machine, a BAI mirror 1501 Chinese machine, and there was a section for Chinese Machines, and all the hoops there were round hoops in 12cm, 15cm and 18cm. Which would be your recommended size to use for that machine? Thanks for your excellent video and your valuable comment/advice!!!!
