I think the perfect book would include the top embroidery software instructions. I use Chroma, others use Wilcom, Hatch, etc. I know this is a big ask but if you had the Digitize section broken up into these different software's, that would make your book a must have for ALL newbies. Or release different editions of your book catering to each of the different software's. The Chroma edition, The Wilcom edition, The Hatch edition, etc. Thanks.

Awesome idea!!
You should also include how to digitize small text.
Needs a bonus or intro that covers how embroidery machines work, bobbin, hook, tension balance, then some common maintenance like cleaning thread path, hook, and bobbin casing. which sizes and types of needles for different materials, how critical stabilizer is. Even though the book is focusing on digitizing, I see so many examples in forums where people are quick to think the digitizing is at fault when they don't have a grasp of how to run or maintain their machine and 9/10 times it is not the digitizing's fault, but always the first to get blamed. If your reader doesn't know how to run their machine, hoop, use stabilizer, or adjust tension - they think your digitalizing content "doesn't work"
Congratulations 🎉.. YOU SHOULD ALSO INCLUDE HOW TO DIGITIZE 3D for caps
I would love step-by-step from the beginning...pictures of everything, and would be great if came with a link to download all the examples so that we can "follow" along with the lessons (kind of like how your online ones go)
🎉Congratulations!!🎉 The perfect book for me would be easy to understand with photos to help explain what is being discussed. I am looking forward to your book!

Thanks!
Congrats and I am so excited for this book... I love your videos they have taught me so much...but to have it all in a book will take it to the next level.. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great news! I look forward to get a copy!
This is an awesome for you AND for all of us!! Congrats! I think defining stabilizer and needles and in depth is as critical to a successful end product as your machine. I understand the quality of your blank is important as well, but even a great quality blank with the wrong stabilizer and needle will produce a mediocre end product.
I'm new to this sight. Your book comes out actually 10 days before my birthday
Awesome that you have a Launch Date! Can't wait to get a copy or two. Thanks for all the knowledge!!!!
That’s awesome! Congratulations
Perfect Book: photos of problems and solutions.. eg those pesky corners on 3 D Puff That sometimes cause issues on a very simple design- Which settings in software to change and when. Stitch lengths, jumps. Tie -offs etc. When you should override the settings in your machine when loading a design- especially when altered. Insider learned tricks that generally do not get shared- many feel that they learned the hard way, so one can suffer through it like they did. Small fonts and pitfalls. Achieving best results.

Good news. The perfect embroidery book for me would include a few practice examples like your videos. I enjoy reading but doing is when I experience learning at it's height. So glad you have wonderful videos that we can follow and practice and now a book. It will be an amazing improvement to my note taking abilities. Thank you!

Excellent idea! Thank you for sharing Audrey, practice examples would be a great addition to the book.
nice. can't wait.
Congrats
I'm glad to see this happening! I think another topic/notation could be geared toward the hobbyist upgrading to a multi-needle machine as part of their business plan. Maybe..?

Congratulations🎉🎉🎉❤❤
I would like to know the parameters for each stitch , fill, under sew, etc for a beginning digitizer who know nothing (ei) a starting off point r/t getting the proper coverage of a design where no see through is seen. I’m just starting and a cheat sheet would b very helpful. Many thanks for your videos, clarity and knowledge and passion to help others. I look forward to your new book! 👏

Congratulations!! You’ve been such a big help in my embroidery journey! The perfect book would definitely include underlay explanations, as well as push & pull in depth. I think explaining what a finished embroidered product needs or doesn’t need in order for your design to stitch correctly. (& I totally agree with you on all the definitions) Can’t wait to purchase 🎉

Congratulations ❤I can’t wait to purchase it 🎉
This is amazing! Congratulations and continued blessings on you and your business! I've learned alot since I started following you last year!
I’m so looking forward to this book, but I need to know more of, the best software, the best settings what are the different stitches. So many things that I want to know about learn about. I lose patience when it doesn’t fall into place, so I am looking forward to this book I am joining subscribing thumbs up, ringing the bell whatever it takes. So as soon as it hits page to paper, downloads, whatever, please inform me. I want to know about it!
I really appreciate all the time you have taken to make the videos and now a book! Just a walking treasure box! Illustrations are a big thing for me. I like to see what you are telling us to do and settings too. You do it all the time. It will come natural. Is it possible to preorder? Will it be a hardcopy or digital download? I am soo excited to be able to have this in my arsenal!

Thank you, Im glad the videos are useful!
Speaking of small details.. I'm very interested in small lettering and designs
Congratulations. Are we going to get an E- copy also?
will there be a digital version? I'm from Italy, and I think a digital version is easier to get and especially easier to update in future versions
Congratulations! Word definitions, where and how it would be used or applied to. Writing and Pictures a must, visualization of pictures and diagrams is extremely important and so very helpful. Overview of what embroidery software there is, pros & cons, and the same for embroidery machines, pros & cons. Just to name a few, ricoma, melco, swf, brother PR1055X, janome, 10, 12, 16 needle machines how you can accomplish the same at different levels. Threads, Weight, Needles, and Stabilizers where they are best to use and why in relationship to the fabric or product used. I know your first book won't be a tell all ( lol ) but most key questions that is asked over and over again, and addressing problems people have asked you about, or are just plain confuse abou. Question, is this going to be a book only addressing digitizing, or is it going to be a book covering many subjects in Embroidery ? Thank you for all you do, sharing your knowledge and creating the videos.
@RomeroThreads
Жыл бұрын
Thank you for these great ideas! The book is going to be heavy on digitizing and explain the relationship between design and stabilizer, thread, needles, bobbin, etc. By understanding digitizing we can further understand the purpose of different consumables and fabric.
