I wonder if the red had more pull because it was first to sew and it tightened up the fabric in the hoop. Not saying you hooped it loose, only that the first block of stitch took up any slack??
I have hatch. Is it a worthwhile purchase to get the Wilcom Embroidery studio? I am learning but want to be able to do the digitizing in house the fastest, best way for my brand-new business. Also, I don't see where to buy the software without having to contact Wilcom themselves.
What software do you use for digitize

Good morning Romeo, Have you ever run into an issue, to where after every trim your machine is leaving long "tails"? My machine just started doing this recently and I can't find anything on how to fix it. I have the 1501

Yes, sometimes it can be tricky. There can be a couple of reasons, 1- tension (adjust tension) 2- settings on your machine: there's a setting to make the tails shorter or sometimes 3- the design leaves a long tail ( I don't know why but i've seen it with some designs).

Hi Romero I would like some advice: I got traced wrong so my presser foot is bent. Now error is: main shaft not rotated. The presser foot does not go back up and the sound is not good. What can i do? Thank you in advance really appreciate it

Your going to have to turn it off and call service. Eventually, you’ll have to bend back the presser foot (maybe with some needle nose) remove the needle, and set back at the correct degree. This is something service should walk you through.
