It is pricey, but, its a super game changer when you are able to make easy edits without having to go back and forth with a digitizer.

Hello, what kind of material do you use for the patches?
Since you have a Ricoma machine, is there a reason you are using the Wilcox digitizing tool? Though I have a brand new machine, your hat hoop looks very different from mine. Are you using a specialized hat hoop?

Hello, yes the hoop is separate from HoopTech Gen2. And Wilcom is Industry commercial Digitizing Software. Most professional digitizer use this software and it makes it easy if I ever have to edit a file created from somewhere else.
What do you set your bobbin tension to? 250? I can't find the video where you mentioned it! Thanks!!
