I've gone look at Tajimas machines recently, and my god, they really stepped up their game. I'll work with my machines a few years more, but I'll def invest in a Tajima after this one.

I have a cap frame for the sides. I get a better straighter line embroidering on with a side hoop.

Do you have to change needles for foam with the machine? Or just have a specific needle and just change color?

We don't have to change needles. We keep sharp needles. Either 75/11 or 80/12 needles.
Who manufactures candle thread? I could only find, amman, madeira and gunold/sulky in Europe.. that are goid threads. Isacord from Amman is not as shiny though.

Hi Ever. It’s me again. I have one more question for you regarding the zippered hooded sweatshirts I’m embroidering on the back. When you put the sweatshirt on the embroidery machine do you unzip or leave it zipped. Just curious. I’m having problems with them for some reason and can’t figure it out. Thank you

When I hoop it I have it zipped up. And I unzip it when I put it on the machine.

Good day sir. One question, do you know if ZSK machines have it? ZSK has been working for over a decade on a new machine, which is called ZSK Racer-R. And you know that ZSK has very good machines, if not the best. I am planning to buy a new ZSK machine on 2025 when everything is tested. Please let me know if you have any information regarding working with hats on ZSK. Thank you sir.

Continue to research ZSK. I’m hearing that you should have tech service close by or there may be long downtimes. I run Barudans on hats and I can adjust the foot height manually, but it adjust all feet at once.
