Never understood why people would want to put meat in deserts. Never tried Eel, wish to god i'd get lucky and get my elver license though.

Did he just say “don’t be scared of freezing it, you can freeze it, but don’t put it in the freezer, it will freeze…” I’m confused
He definitely worded it poorly but I think he just meant that putting it in he freezer will make it freeze which in turn will ruin it
Think he meant keeping it chilled in the freezer is fine for a short while to maintain freshness but don’t keep it in long enough that it actually freezes
