I thought the very same thing! @2.03 "Don't be scared about freezing it, you can freeze it if you put it in the freezer, do not do that coz it will freeze.., and once that happens you'll ruin your caviar". Am I right?

He definitely worded it poorly but I think he just meant that putting it in he freezer will make it freeze which in turn will ruin it

Think he meant keeping it chilled in the freezer is fine for a short while to maintain freshness but don’t keep it in long enough that it actually freezes

I been eating the caviar with a stainless steel spoon and without and I do not find and taint in the caviar from the spoon.

So why is it packaged in a metal container if a metal spoon is said to alter the flavor? Do the eggs recognize the different shapes of the objects?

Don't eat with a metal spoon, but it's shipped in a metal can.
