🍣SALMON ROE SOAKED IN TRADITIONAL SOY SAUCE: Cut open a salmon and remove the roe. Wash it thoroughly with sake, salt and water. Rinse well then add ice to avoid shrinkage. Marinate in soy sauce, seaweed, mirin wine, and water for 3 hours. Serve.
🍣SALMON ROE SUSHI: Take a small portion of rice, wrap with a seaweed leaf. Add salmon roe on top.
🍣HOKKAIDO FRESH SALMON ROE, SEA URCHIN AND SALMON TARTARE: Fry a piece of rice paper to make the base. Add salmon tartare and secret ingredients. Add an egg yolk in the middle. Put salmon roe around the yolk. Add 3 sea urchins. Have a squeeze of Yuzu lemon. Garnish with edible flowers and gold flecks then set up the smoke.
🥂JAPANESE TRADITIONAL CLAYPOT: Cook the rice. Add Dashi (the broth to cook the rice) made from kelp and dried shredded fish from Hokkaido. Add 5 kinds of mushrooms to cook with the rice in the clay pot for 25 minutes After rice is cooked, add the following on top: Charcoal grilled Japanese Kuroge Beef A5 Sirloin, Salmon roe from Hokkaido, Sea urchin from Hokkaido and Homemade Japanese stewed black beef.

🥂CAVIAR PUFFS: Prepare the puff, make a hole in each puff. Add the filling of camembert custard, pickled jalapenos and top with half a teaspoon of imperial caviar. Add the filling of hollandaise cream, caramelized chutoro tuna, and top with half a teaspoon of amur caviar.
🍤CARABINERO PRAWN TARTARE: Flour coat the head of the prawn. Fry the head of the prawn only. Season with the sauce made from the shell of the body of the prawn, a squeeze of lime, chives and top with half a teaspoon of amur caviar.
🥂BORSCHT JELLY, PICKLED BEETROOTS, SMOKED CREAM AND IMPERIAL CAVIAR: Make borscht jelly at the bottom of a beetroot. Add pickled beetroot cubes, smoked creme fraiche and top with imperial caviar. Garnish with chiffonade dill. Put the beetroot top back.
🥂BBQ HOKKAIDO SCALLOP, SMOKED POTATO FOAM AND OSCIETRA CAVIAR: Season the scallop with salt and olive oil. Grill the scallop in charcoal. Place seaweed, then place the scallop quarters on it. Spray potato foam on a scallop shell, top with oscietra caviar.
🦴BONE MARROW WITH OSCIETRA CAVIAR: Grill a bone on charcoal for 10 minutes. Put it in a woodfire oven for another 3 minutes. Torch the marrow. Season with a pinch of ground pepper. Top with oscietra caviar. Serve with toasted bread slices.

Fun fact: sturgeon caviar used to be eaten by the poor, it was very common but mass fishing drove the species to near extinction

@@therobot1080 It would be more sustainable, though. And you would actually get higher yields per fish. It takes a long ass time to get a female to be mature enough to have eggs, but after the first time it spawns, it takes less time. Younger females spawn every 4-6 years, with a few hundred thousand per spawn, but as the female grows larger, it will lay more and more eggs, although more infequently. 4 million every 9-12 years plus the younger females seems like a good deal to me, that's a higher yield than any young female will give during the same time period. They should definitely try a suction device to avoid killing the fish. Leftover fish can be released to repopulate. What I do see is that not doing sustainable farming increases the price, since there's a manufactured scarcity instead.

@@starlinyn9292 I don't think it's that much as the owner of the farm mentioned, that's the price of 1kilogram. All of the boxes that they opened in the video are 50g each so around $75 (?)i'm not that good at math but definitely they don't spend that much for the video

@@jounaas Nah we say it all the time Saigon is actually like the real name for us in stead of Ho chi minh city ,the name is too long besides the name Saigon has its own distinctive nature which is also why we use it more.

I LOVE salmon eggs! I could eat a gallon of them. "Fish oil pill" is accurate but I happen to like fish oil too. When I was a kid my grandma always gave me a spoonful of cod liver oil and I loved it.
When I travel to anywhere one of my favorite things to do is find good food places. It's the best part usually.
Why does it feel like this is the most positive show ever made.

I think the guys is an enfp, anyways the 2 hosts of the shows have positive/fun vibes and attitude so that’s why, it’s contagious like every other emotion, watch someone in deep sorrow and have music that’s sorrowful playing as well you’ll defiantly catch the vibe too, but here it’s upbeat fun spontaneous and the actors themselves seem very open minded and genuine which is always nice

I'm from Turkmenistan, Caspian sea is there . So I remember when I was little, people there sold caviar for very cheap and it would be by the gallons. And I remember my parents use to try to feed me with caviar and I would not eat it . I wish now I had that gallon of caviar. Our fridge always had a huge jars of it .

It actually was on tv for like 2 episodes hahaha and they did find a way to mess it up. I don't know what actually happened cuz hello I'm not Sonny, but from what the rumor mill says, his "personality" did not farewell on tv. IDK if that's true or whatever, but I love Sonny, been watching him for years and I am so glad to see him on KZread expanding and excelling. This is one of those channels, without fail, that I get excited about when a new post is made every, single, time lol.
