In today’s edition of Drogo’s Kitchen we’re grilling a delicious dish of Wagyu bavette, chimichurri sauce with a grilled pesto courgette This quick recipe is easy to follow so you can recreate this amazing dish in the comfort of your home (and garden if you’re using a barbecue)! The richness of Wagyu means a little goes a long way - a sharing board of these strips of bavette are an amazing way to try this delicious delicacy.
Served with chargrilled pesto courgette, and a zingy chimichurri sauce drizzled on-top, it will be a dish that you remember for a long time! Wagyu is very different to any other meat and until recently was unavailable in the UK.

    Hopefully one day I can afford getting a couple of Wagyu steaks for me and the wife… very nice channel and really appetising website!
