when he says you don't get to lose the weight and keep the cappuccino - that's proper bs. there is a ton of value to what he says and to remaining 'uncivilised', but true discipline isn't only a cold turkey approach... sustainable, and actual lasting change always take into consideration working with the mind too and taking small steps. yes leaps also factor in... but sustainable habit creation and incorporating flexibility into the approach is key, and yes that can and does involve some compromise. the warrior is very much needed... but the king and the magician also must come on. David i think, although really inspirational, could really benefit from developing other aspects.

This accounts to a maximum of 50% of the picture- granted the one you can do sth about. But let’s not forget that our society more and more rewards sick, narcissistic ‚authority‘ figures - that hold a lot of power over you. So pushing all of the blame on people affected by that seems a bit victim-blamey to me.

Im adopted. My mom had non hodkins lymphoma and wasnt going to live long after i was born. My "dad" skipped town to south carolina when she got pregnant. My adopted family has been the best thing that ever happened to me. If some jabroni showed up on my doorstep claiming to be my father someone would have to pull me off of him to not kill him.

I have to say that everytime I go to Brazil, music, ocean and the energy of the place is more powerful than any of the frequencies that are artificial created. Sorry, earth is the magic. We have everything around us. We just to tune it. That is the real experience.

The nerve system is the bridge of all bodies. ( mental, emotional, spiritual and physical) it is like the violin string. It vibrates casting the epigenetic. We have to nourish it because it looses the plasticity and strength. The energetic work release the stress but it not last if we don’t do the holistic work. It is multilevel and multidimensional in order to restore the harmonics of own resonance. ( essence) Therefore, it is complex. If we are connected to our spirit we can find the path to peace/ equilibrium /zero-point to able to incorporate data /expand awareness through the balance.

I have been working, feeling and burnishing my neural network. It is more than what they tell us. It is the bridge to an organic neural network multidimensional. The technocrats wants to copy but they will not unless the pure the essence of the core of the engine( source core= the life force)

Hi Mark Divine & Team, this is a great example of two way conversation that unpicks some of the Unbeatable Mind philosophy and protocol. A lot of the podcasts can be one sided where its Mark asking all the questions. These podcasts where the interviewee asks questions about the Unbeatable Mind system are where the magic and understanding happens. Good on you Jim Rome. Thanks Everyone

I feel like they are talking about me! 😂 I am 45 and just now been able to get a decent career and started a 401k and I have money saved in the bank. But I feel like I’m too old to actually build enough money up to retire at 65. I’m just praying I live to 65 as I’ve had health issues in the past and have diabetes. I’ve been serious about getting my health together but still don’t know if I’m gonna make it. I have 5 kids(3 or under6yrs old). I need to know what else I need to do to ensure they will be fine . I know I should get life insurance but I also want to be able to make sure I can be fine if I make it to retirement. I make $60k a yr . I have them take 10% of my check for 401k. Got about $30k in the bank. I’d like to invest more or try day trading. I’d appreciate any advice or help with a plan.

The people close to me try to get me to focus heavily on things multiple years down the road that don’t even exist yet, and they also devalue & disrespect what I get done with my present time, no matter how much that I do, or no matter how much proof that I have to show for my many completions. It can be very demoralizing, especially when the person making such complaints watches tv for probably 10+ hours a day every day for decades, and has 45+ year unfinished projects. 😵‍💫

This sounds quite easy: You go to a doctor (or learn this methode) and become able to heal yourself, or the doctor does it for you... No deep meditation, not questioning your life, it just happens in one moment? For sure this works with some people, though;-)
