You have no clue what inflation is by the sounds of it.
Sasha, you have no clue! The fed was late on hikes and now they have to be late to bring the prices back 20-30% because there wages did not go up except the hourly minimum wage wage. If you work in IT or finance the salaries did not go up at all in the last 12 years! What are you talking about? And yes greedy bustards who bought cars and houses at insane prices will pay for their mistakes
They gave some money on Adobe Stock for using material for AI several month ago, but they didn't tell which pictures are taken and how many, so you don't know if payment was right or wrong, and what licence they considered
Dont hold back on the clowns 😂
I have AI - Actual Intelligence... borrowed from Steve Wozniak
I get the logic with a deflationary cycle - but I don't think its as true as it may have been 30 years ago that in an economy in which prices are falling, people will curb their spending and wait for prices to fall further. We live in the age of FOMO - it might be a factor, but I don't think it is as big a driver as it may have been in the past.
Deflation ? The US economy is on fire, its citizens are borrowing and spending money like sailors on shore leave
Inflation over? Arguably, is the stock market really about to explode? I can't decide if I should jump in or wait for the dust to settle
Bring on the deflation!
That inflation drop of 0.1% DOES NOT INCLUDE FOOD OR ENERGY. It's pretty much a useless number when it comes to the reality of living and paying your bills.
now property taxes are going up 30%+ and no one is talking about how that’s gonna effect our monthly housing expenses… These new higher monthly payments should kick in around October, then the cost of shelter will skyrocket…. I absolutely have to raise rent prices on my rental properties to cover the taxes and many other landlords will do the same. The taxes on my home just went from $8,000 per month to $11,000 per month due to the value of my home increasing and now the property is being reassessed at the higher value. So how can the price of shelter go down while property taxes are skyrocketing?
Sasha for Fed Chairman.
Deflatiok is excellent for the normal.person Businesses collapse. Housing vollapses. U can buybstuff for pennies amd become the new lesders
Also, given the amount of debt and leverage at all levels of society from governments to households, deflation would trigger a debt crisis because deflation would mean the debtor would have to pay the debt back with higher purchasing power money. Don't worry though, at the first sign of deflation, the fed will pivot to QE again and if needed, negative interest rates or yield curve control.
The best channel in the business. You are always spot on. Clear concise analysis based on real data. Always a pleasure listening to you.
AI has existed at least since the 60s. Do some reading.
Kevin got burned today...with his calls on Tesla...
Bro thinks inflation is over 🤣
True !
🔥🔥🔥🙌
So if one wants to invest in an index fund, but in the most concentrated way it would be the Nasdaq100?
Thank you for a great explanation. But what are your thoughts on what happened today? Large sell down in mega 6? Rotation to small caps or we are finally getting pre election sell off ?
Deflation sounds good to me.
Companies don't have to increase prices. Arizona Ice Tea been selling for 99 cents for 20+ years. Arizona Ice Tea owner is a billionaire and he's fine with keeping his price low. Inflation is really greed-flation.
I do love that guy!
The official swaps in By-bit has lagged!!! I just put up vid to show this When you swap it gives you almost x 8-
👊👊
💪
Deflation brings lower gold silver $$ prices
Whats is it with the influx of people talking about buying gold?
art, instead of photoshop you could use cs or krita and the same with animations, video editing i used shotcut, photo editing is built into your computer, but you could use art software's for other forms of edits
It's not over lol.
Oh ok. It’s gonna spike next month and go to 20%.
To play the devil's advocate, I don't see the economy going into deflation. People are spending like there's no tomorrow. If you look at inflation levels based on the skewed CPI reports (from which they conveniently removed certain categories) they compare the inflation increase (still an increase by the way) to the already massive levels that happened post 2020. Kind of like oh, the inflation levels have gone down to 2% compared to the outrageous levels of 10% post Covid. If you compare the price of anything to the pre 2020 levels everything is up by 30-40% including housing and food. You could even argue that people need a little bit of a deflationary period so that their salaries can start catching up with the massive levels of inflation that happened in the last 3-4 years. Most people have only gotten 2-3% raises a year and they've had to get second jobs just to not become homeless. To advocate for a rate cut so early shows a lack of understanding of how much everything has increased in price in the last years and how badly the average American is struggling with the prices that we have right now.
Jerome's minions claiming that his "transitory inflation" is over should take a look at gas and groceries... because they beg to differ. So just don't count them and everything will be just fine?
Can deflation still be as serious in these days of instant gratification. People in the 70’s-90’s were far more conservative/sensible
Official cpi numbers are super reliable on an election year.
So you reckon the tens of thousands of people involved in producing this data are all in a giant conspiracy making up the numbers… That about right?
The only thing you cant buy more is gold... but you can buy more Nvidia right now than yesterday for your money...
Good shit...
👍
Great video! Thanks Sasha. 👌
🙏
Thank you for your content! How you get to the "real inflation" number?
The number I was referencing was just the total inflation after you strip out lagging Shelter.
This Australian is hating on American Icon Meet Kevin.. 🤣 Kevin made over 100k this morning on call options while his guy was probably milking a kangaroo 💯🤷🏽♂️🇺🇸
The fact you think I am Australian kinda sums up your level of erudition.
Do you like apples
Oh yeah. Especially the sour ones.
Do you advise that I sell my 2 ETFs vusa and VWRL? I have a lot of money in them
What's this "We" stuff? Aren't you Brittish? I love you but change your shirt. Cheers.
Why do I need to wear something different? Why am I not allowed to talk about US economics?

Because I don’t want to bend over and let Adobe do what they want with my backside? Ok then.
En Mac no lo puede hacer el sistema te indica que adobe quiere acceder y solo le das no permitir
great video! What happens to bond yields during deflation?
Heiner Flassbeck all said the same for Europe...
this is the "Rate of inflation" you fail to mention that the last 3 years we are so far up 30 to 40% inflation on different areas and some more that things will continue to be way to expensive for years to come
Is your 25 cube Kalax all one piece?
What do you mean? Yeah - it came as a 5x5 unit.
@@SashaYanshin Interesting. Makes it difficult to move it unless it's dismantled.
Doesn't stock market usually bottom AFTER the rate cuts start?
Oh Sasha, the FED knows what they are doing and it is not good. They are just not being honest with us because they know that if they were there would be civil unrest.
Most people on lower wages have not had a payrise in years in the UK so hopefully deflation in the UK won't be as much of a issue in Britain so would it be the same in the USA.
