Lol dude WTF! You're overtraining a lot. Clear visceral fat, I bet you workout a lot in high heart rates, but no easy endurance cardio. You burn muscles instead of fat. Please don't advice people online with this workout.

Nice work out. I raced you all the way round at Manchester last year - recognised you from the thumbnail. You were definitely much stronger on the stations than me. My running pace helped me though 😊

The Test is one of the biggest marketing scams at all.... I've choosen pliability for that reason, to have the test and results. But it's only mention in one short paragraph in the help section: there is no android or mac or desktop (webcam?) version of the test. It's only available to iOS users on an iPhone. There is no time mentioned on their homepage if it will ever be on android. Thats a hgue dislike for the company and their marketing promises around that feature...

Ok thanks for this video- i am training hand over hand and its ok at the gym- the slower texhnique using your leg chews up so much time and smashes the legs for the 1 km coming up vs pure upper body and twice as quick. You dont use much upper body on a run so i think hand over hand is the far superior technique
Very helpful. Why do you set the stations to duration zero rather than expected time? I assume that if a run takes longer than expected the timer it keeps going till you double tap the screen?
does it have a carry on strap?
hunters chest does not hit he ground in that video, maybe his upper abs but not chest
Glad to see they are wearing well after a year. My Keen trail runners are getting holes at the pinky toe after just a few months.
Only works if the owner of the equipment has chosen (and therefor pay Technogym for as it’s an optional extra software option)to enable GymKit, unfortunately, everyone active gyms in the UK have chosen not to do that!

Can you please do a follow along workout . 30 minutes. Example farmers carry- wall ball-lunges, ran section change to plate hops or skipping rope. Thank you. I’m 60 years trying to train for a Hyrox event by December 2024.

You refer to “median” and “average.” Those are different, which are you actually giving? Is the actual data available?

Honestly I have done this for a week and it’s great. I stretched a lot before downloading this app and did yoga and right off the bat there were several stretches and mobility movements I have never seen before
Around the world, leg raises, suitcase carry, gorilla rows are my go to workouts for that strong core

We made the video to address that same issue that we also had experienced ourselves ahead of signing up, I.e. showing what is inside the app, how the routines work to we hope help others assess if the app and routines will or won’t be right for them. I think it’s terrible idea to not show users what they be paying 16£ every month ?? I don’t like giving my card details just to see the inside of the app

How important is the Burpee hand placement? On some of your reps they look very far infront of your feet.
It is important & something judges are increasingly picking competitors up on. The rules state hands must be placed no more than one foot in front of where your feet land. So practising with that in mind a good 👍 place to start.

Hiya, I’ve set this up and used it in training yesterday. Would it be possible to have the indoor running intervals so that I can keep on track of my running pace?
Set the whole work out up as an indoor run. Do 1k + open work x 8 repeats. This way on the runs you’ll get your interval pacing rather than just a timer. The only down side is the open work interval will include your Rox zone time to your station time but you could always add an extra open work for each repeat so you have a Rox zone time and a station time split up but would require more button pushing!
In this video, at the beginning, can you tell me the weight your are using, is it a 4kg, an 8kg?
