250g 低筋面粉 Cake flour

您好. 請問您是用低筋麵粉還是中筋麵粉呢?如果是中筋麵粉建議泡打粉加2½茶匙就可以了. 低筋麵粉的話,跟著食譜就不會錯. 自發粉的話,就不需要加泡打粉喲~ 😊
