Hallo Top Chef.. Saya lihat banyak Rajam Video, Kebanyakan Steam haya masa 20 minutes vs 25 minutes, mereka puya tepung gandung lagi lebih banyak 250 gm. ( Boleh kah taya gula harus 100 gm betul kah ) ..ok gd job. Nice.. Nice.. Nice. !

I never buy cake flour but I will take out 20 gm flour plain flour then replace it with cornflour / corn starch, so far so good. But not self raising flour as baking powder is already added in it

However, I am not very good at these ingredients calculation, I would appreciate if you could let me know the quantity of the ingredients for 20 pieces of these small Fatt Koh (like the one u said that cannot Fatt size). Pls... I am very new in baking. Thank you very much

My recipe amounts makes 2 large fatt koh or 3 small fatt koh

You just try this recipe, then pour into the small cups, as there are lots of sizes cups. Then you will know 1 recipe can fill how many cups that you're using. So next time you just times the amount. Isn't it simple ?

140g Cake flour 60g Rice flour 80g sugar 200g water(Remove 2 Tbsp water for baking powder) Show in video 1:16 20g Baking powder Food coloring *Use more water to steam *Use a deeper steaming lid to allow room to rise *Use boiling water to steam *Use high heat to steam My English isn’t good. I can only write this much

你好, 我做的發糕份量要好準確, 每個地方買的 measuring cups and spoons 都可能有小小不相同, 準確度不夠, 我這個發糕食譜份量 grams 轉spoons 份量也不能齊頭 , 份量不準確發不起, 嘗試用 grams 計算成功率比較高。

這個發糕是我祖母的配方, 用咗幾十年, 發得夠高夠好, 都感覺全年順景, 沒有轉過其它方法去做, 你淨係用粘米粉,都可以試下, 祝你做得成功, 發得步步高陞。

發粉太多了,製成品很可能會有苦味的。
