    In summary: 1) Drink water in the morning and before brushing teeth (morning saliva is good for digestion) 2) Drink water at least 40 minutes before food and at least 45 minutes gap before drinking water again 3) 2 to 3L of water per day but keep in mind water is also in fruits and vegetables so do your own math 4) drink room temperature water so as not to block blood vessels and disturb digestion 5) drink while sitting down so as not to put any pressure on kidneys so they can filter properly 6) drinking from a copper jar is healthier helps digestion, boosts immunity, improves circulation etc. 7) drink slowly not gulping, so as to help the body use it to the maximum

    Gosh, thank you! I have been on Nexium for about 3 years with real digestion problems, heart burn, horrible pain at night trying to sleep. Doctors and test had no idea except maybe an ulcer. I am very busy so 4 or 5 times a day I was literally sculling a 500ml water bottle. I started drinking the way you instructed and my stomach has had no problems for 2 or 3 weeks. I no longer take Nexium or anything else. I am guessing that all that water was making stomach non-acidic as I had no saliva mixed and I was maybe getting gas. Thanks a million!!!!!

    1) Drink sitting (not standing) 2) Drink in sips (not gulps) 3) Drink lukewarm (not chilled) 4) Drink first thing after waking up (not after brushing teeth) 5) Allow 40-45 min between water and meal (not together) 6) Drink at least 2.5-3L (but it depends)

    It's not exactly like that, not everyone needs to sit to drink, there are exceptions. You need to balance the IN = OUT equation, it's the natural law. If you sit to drink you also have to sit to pee, some men (not Prashantj) stand up and pee, so they should drink water standing up. So don't ever eat standing up, because you know.

    Kidneys are always filtering. However if one keeps drinking water and never satisfied constantly, one could have diabetes. Intense thirst is the first sign. But if you don’t have that, your kidneys naturally filter. They don’t care if you’re sitting, standing or standing on your head. Normal urine is either yellow or clear. And here’s a tip. I learned the hard way not to hold it for a long time. It gave me a kidney infection. When ya gotta go, go.

    A little something to add: for those who live in an area where their community treats their water, if it tastes like chlorine, the problem is easily overcome. Chlorine is a gas in its natural state; therefore, by filling a container with water and letting it sit on a counter for around 30 minutes or so, the chlorine will dissipate and the taste will be more agreeable.

  • @andrerodon3921

    @andrerodon3921

    Жыл бұрын

    It is common that water is treated with chloramines to prevent the reduction in efficacy that occurs from gaseous chlorine dissipation. Chloramines will remain in that water sitting on your counter for a month or more and are difficult to remove but can be reduced using an activated carbon filtration system. I believe ascorbic acid and humic acid can both effectively "bind out" chloramines if you are looking for a larger scale method than activated carbon filtration will efficiently allow.

  • @ep61611

    @ep61611

    @@andrerodon3921 - What you say sounds fine. But I'm not looking for or suggesting any kind of filter. Many people don't like the taste of their tap water because it tastes and smells like chlorine. Allowing the water to sit on a counter for an hour or so will allow the chlorine to dissipate and the water will taste better. I do it all the time.
