Here's a great one to keep you supple after you've done a run. It's also good to keep in your bag of tricks for recovery and cross-training days.
We stretch + open the following:
00:15 shins + tops of feet
01:48 the feet
03:15 hip flexors (front hips + inner thighs)
04:45 hamstrings
05:48 calves + achilles
06:30 hip flexors
08:05 hamstrings
09:30 calves + achilles
10:30 back + hips
12:05 side body + low back
13:00 hamstrings
