    Just a few months after giving birth to my beautiful son, my body isn't yet in the shape as before and now I know it probably never will be (It is foolish to think i could get to the same shape going the same way -you never step twice into the same river, right.). Thought I could get there through doing the same practice as before, surely, but some positions are not safe for me yet... or are they?! :) So thank you, Leigha, thank you, youtube :) Now I play your videos on 0,5/0,75 speed and it's bliss!!

    I'll definitely come back to this for a quick stretch pick-me-up! My one minute yoga is a B sun salutation. Sometimes, if I've been sitting for too long and there's no one around, I will just get up from the computer and do it quickly... Hoping to be able to add a proper chin stand to that someday but that's still in the future. Thank you for all your work!

    When I have a minute, I lay in warrior laying with my upper body in fish, hope it is clear what I mean. Another minute I would spend in headstand. Thanks for gorgeous 20 minutes in very nice poses! Namaste 🙏🏽

    Lovely! Thanks Leigha, just what I needed after sore hips and legs from my spinning class this morning! Fav pose for 1 min has got to be pigeon !!!! Nothing beats the sensations from that glute release 🤤
