I’ve been following you for so many years, I think almost 10 maybe?? I first fell in love with your challenging vinyasa. Then I became a teacher and found some of my own ways of practice. And now you drop THIS interpretative gold?! I have to say, the way you describe this sutra is different than I have yet heard. The way you make this so soulful yet accessible is incredibly inspiring. I said this to you in another comment years ago, but you really are a teachers teacher. Big love to you, thank you so much for this.

And after a very long spiritual journey , my soul found the best way to unite with myself and the beauty that is deep inside , (beside practicing yoga ) Recomande you ,if you are interesting in languge , is to learn some about the hebrew , old and very wize language ..the origion of all other languages. We are blessed to be born or reincarnated as humans with better consciousness (neocortex) than other living beings. Yoga could help us to improve our consciousness further. Regularly practicing yoga could help us channel our energy so that we can be more focused on our (a) worldly goals (preya), that is, earning a degree, a certain amount of money, or promotions, and (b) ultimate life goal (sreya), that is, attaining liberation from the cycle of birth and death.
