Nice video! Maybe it could be interesting a valve clearance guide! Two questions road rodent: - Do you "disabled" AIS valve and tubes? Good and bad things to flows air fresh to the exhaust chambre? - Mine has a ticky noise from alternator chain only in cold. In some videos of divis 900 I heared same sound, so I think it's cause due there is no chain tensioner on it if I'm not wrong.

I changed the valve metal chrome pipes for rubber ones so my AIS is still hooked up 👌👍. I'm pretty sure there is no alternator chain on these bikes but then again I could be wrong. 👍👍👍
Thanks for the fine instruction video. I like the idea of using the starter motor to pump the new oil round, instead of starting the engine. Maybe it´s a minor detail, but it would have been nice if you had mentioned smearing a small amount of oil on the seal of the new oil filter, before replacing it. Thanks again for taking time out to film all this.

" smearing a small amount of oil on the seal of the new oil filter, before replacing it. " He did mention it. And he also said that this particular filter didn't need a bit of oil on the seal. It was already there.

@jonyr1TT
3 жыл бұрын
Hi Pawel. I don't know what the specifications of your mineral oil is but yes it will be fine if its got the correct speciations for the xj. Oil type.. Api grade se, sf, or sg.. Oil viscosity. Sae 10w40 or 20w40 👍👍👍
hi thanks for video, could you out a link to the tool used for tightening the oil filter?
