Lol its like man flu it comes and goes as and when needed.

When your on a roll, things just tend to fall in to place.. it only gets better from here on in, every time you go in to the shed, i'll come out with a feeling of accomplishment. Really looking forward to hearing you crank her over for the first time. Well done fella been a labour of love.

GTs Garage thanks GTs. Must admit there's a few things holding me up money wise. Got my eye on a good pair of calipers £40 but still need a battery oil change and plenty of other stuff. OMG lol.

Well done batman it's coming on great got a lot done, keep it up you are going to love it when it's finished thy are a proper good ride

I couldn't tell with the video but it looked like green creep on the coil connections you might want to check that.

Great video. I had got part way through dismantling forks on XJ 900 today and could not figure how to get it apart so decided to check you tube. I had an M14 bolt with 22mm head and used that to hold inside. One problem, as I am not from UK I did not understand one word, just the accent but a picture is worth a thousand words.

Yes the language barrier can be a bit of a problem but I'm glad the video helped you out in the end. Thank you for your comments.

John its looking good my friend, take a look at "All things diversion" thats a web site and he has pics of bikes in various states of strip down and rebuild if you get stuck, i cannot wait to see it done mate...

Hi John, I notice you refurbed your oil cooler pipes. Mine need doing too. Looks like you've got some different fittings to secure the flexible pipe to the metal pipes? Would be interested to know what you used ( not sure if you did a vid that included them). Cheers.

That's one bit of good fortune you had then. My fixings are rotten and leaking. Going rate for refurb is £75 -100 apparently. Cheap fix seems to be new rubber pipes and strong jubilee type clips. Some say works a treat, others say it doesn't last. Might give it a go and see. Not like I do thousands of miles these days. Cheers John.

I would try eBay first you never know you might just get lucky.. Anyway hope you get it sorted good luck. 👍👍👍
