Good tip about leaning the bike from side to side to get as much old oil out as possible👍

how do you change the o-ring thats behind the adaptor ? ( page B11 on the parts catalogue , ref. number 1 & 2 ) is it just bolt of , clean replace and bolt on again ?

key.... I couldn't find its location, I already have it from the Japanese manual. :D
Those hiflow filters are no good. There is a detailed review of different brands of filters on youtube. The spring on the hiflow is much weaker than the OEM springs meaning it allows unfiltered oil to circulate very easily. The filter paper is also low quality.
