Helpful tip with the crockpot and crockpot cooking in general: if you start something in the morning put it on low and the longer it cooks the more tender it will be. Also once you shred something in the crockpot let it sit for a bit to soak up excess juice. Make sure you also include salt and pepper, if you dont you won’t be able to taste any of it. As you cook more you’ll be able to better visualize the amount you will need.

I make a salsa verde pork tenderloin in the crockpot. It calls for one cup of broth and I also use a jar of salsa. The pork is not fully covered but it’s enough liquid to keep the meat moist.

Also easy lunch idea, I eat this sort of combination almost everyday- some sort of sandwich (turkey with cheese, lettuce and mustard) some sort of fruit (apples and peanut butter) and some sort of salty crunchy chip (cheese it’s).

One thing I love to make in the crockpot is salsa chicken. It’s exactly how it sounds. I use a couple jars of salsa and a couple of chicken breast. I cook it on high for 4 or 5 hours. I eat it during the week. There’s a lot of different things you can do with it

I recommend getting stainless steel pans instead of non stick pans. The coating is toxic like you said as it comes off with time. I got a stainless steel set of pans as a wedding gift and I've have no issues. Just be mindful to not use metal utensils on them.

Girl I always keep different kinds of sauces in my fridge for me to use depending on my mood. I have sooo many kinds of the Chick-fil-A sauce that you can buy at like wallmart and food lion and stuff. I have ranch , and siratcha, there’s probably others but those are what I gravitate to the most. So even when they forget the sauce I have my own for backup. There’s no reason to be eating dry ass chicken lmao.

This is not leaving taxes until the last minute. They aren't due until 4/15. Companies by law, have to have tax documents in the mail by 1/31. I would contact them and see where they are. Yes!! Cooking any meat in the crockpot should be covered in liquid or else it will dry out. The best roast I have ever had I made was in the crockpot. The key to it is covering the roast with carton of Beef Stock. It literally falls apart. Now I do put garlic powder, onion powder, and Better than Bouillon pot roast base.

I'll be honest - at least from me, I think the super tight, skims type shirts don't come through as super professional. While you can't see your nipples, due to the tightness of the shirt, it's obvious you're not wearing a bra. Sorry - I love you, love your vlogs!
