I actually had to take a step back from platforms like instagram and Facebook because all you see is people's highlight reels in their life and you feel like something is wrong with you if you ever have a bad day or are going through a hard time. I find youtube to be so much more relatable and I love seeing both when people go through amazing times and also see what they're struggling with and how they're dealing with the situation. It helps me a lot. Because that's just how life is.

I am glad you recognize that you're in a privileged position. You're one of the few YT'ers that actually recoginze how lucky and fortunate you are and you ALWAYS thank your viewers and subs for watching your videos or tik toks and acknowledge that without that, you wouldn't be where you are right now. Out of touch would be if you didn't acknowledge it. Like i know you actually work hard, i know you put in the hours and effort. But PLEASE be kind to yourself. Keegan! The L’Oreal Paris Infalliable foundation in a powder has been my ride or die for years. It’s technically a foundation but if you just use a powder brush to apply it’s exactly like a pressed powder and it has amazing coverage. I highly recommend!

Hi Keegan! Just a quick tip from my experience (I work in corporate marketing) My job was listed at an hourly rate and at my company that just means you are eligible for overtime. Everyone who is hourly still works the same amount of time as people who are salary (40 hours a week). Hope that helps- not sure if you are in the same situation but might be good to clarify!

Also look at jobs under the following companies (Publicis Groupe, WPP, Omnicom, and IPG) these are the largest holding companies for corporate marketing agencies so when looking for jobs you can see many agencies by just searching 1 company. Good Luck!!!

I will say with some companies the way they handle taxes and 401k and such you might bring home a little more if you accept a salary lower than your previous employer!! I was laid off last August and took a 5k pay cut with my current role and after taxes/401k/insurance and even having 20% go to my savings i bring home $200 more than i did compared to the higher paying job.

Condos are affordable in Scottsdale. I just looked on Realtor. I heard prices were going down in AZ. I’m surprised they are affordable. I thought Condos would cost more.
