Best tip for applying to jobs: take the exact job description from the job post and put it into your resume. Just change the tense, add a personal flare if you want, but keep the key terms so when you submit your resume it’ll bypass the AI filtering and be more likely a human will see it.

Realtor here, not being able to purchase this future nightmare of a condo is the BIGGEST BLESSING!!! If they don’t have flood insurance than you would have to pay through the nose for it every month. THE BIGGEST BLESSING I PROMISE!

I’m actually a new viewer and I just wanted to post the same thing. 👍🏼 Also, it’s usually hard to get approval for a loan or refinance if you are not employed. They usually check your current employment status. This same thing happened to me when so was leaving Active Duty Army and going into the Army Reserve. Although I was going to go on a tour in the near future of a month, the timing of the refinance went through before I got my orders… 🙄 It sort of hurt my ego, but I didn’t really care because I was only doing a refinance at the time because a friend of mine was into home loan brokerage and had just began his career so he wanted to build up his client base. So only reason I was really doing it was more for him. Anyway, best wishes to you and all going through this! Keegan, before you buy a condo it's important that you find out what's going on with the Condo board. Are they current on building repairs? The HOA has no flood insurance? This has to be a blessing. I know people who bought condos and within a year they had to fork out $14K for repairs. I think not getting the condo in a Blessing!! Bottom line don't buy a condo without being aware you're responsible for maintaining the WHOLE building basically.

I obviously don’t know your financial situation but just remember with purchasing that it is not just the mortgage amount. You also need to take into consideration HOA, taxes, insurance, utilities, down payment and maintenance. Would definitely recommend having a steady stream of income before purchasing. I’m surprised a loan company would offer to process with being laid off as that is usually a red flag with the underwriter. Don’t rush into it. The right path with come

Don’t worry about viewers falling off! Even if you not having a job isn’t relatable to the people watching, they will be able to relate to your situation and other things that happen in your life. Everything will be okay, yeah it’s hard right now and bad things are happening but no matter what things will have to turn around eventually, no matter what the result is in the end!

Keegan, just a job hunting tip coming from a former recruiter, easy apply doesn’t get you far. Linked is amazing for applying but if it says easy apply, go to that companies website directly. You’ll be noticed more by doing that. Also dm recruiters with a small blurb about you and how you would benefit the company’s bd attach your resume! Lastly, use a job tracker template to keep up with everything. I hope this helps, best of luck! ❤❤🎉

I think the stain on your bedding is most likely fabric softener. You can make paste of oxy clean and water and rub on the spot for a few minutes then soak in hot water and more oxy until water cools then wash on hot cycle and it should be gone. Good luck! I too was laid off for 6 weeks just started new job today making more and things are better. Stay positive girl! You got this!❤

Ok hear me out lol I’ve been doing my own laundry for years and I never separate the whites from colors I always mix it together and I never had a problem with the whites 😂 it’s just to much work separating colors from whites when I get so behind on laundry with a toddler and husband lol

I distinctly remember that colors used to bleed much easier when I was little. I started doing my laundry in 2000 when I was six because my dad kept combining my clothes and turning my white uniform shirts random colors lol

@@KeeganActonmy mom told me if I do that just make sure to wash it on cold haha. I also try not to wash new colors with whites, I make sure they’ve been washed first after buying :) I’m also a little traumatized from turning my white lulu skirt pink 🥲 but shout color catchers are also a lifesaver!

Things that say oven can be air fried :) you just need to put the temperature down a bit and also leave it in for less time

Giiiiirl, we eat that real good chicken literally daily in our house and you can pop those bad boys right in the air fryer (even though it doesn’t say it). We cook them at 390 for 6-8 mins and they’re peeeeeerfect! 🤗

Keegs! Sorry I am late on the vlog. Been busy with college classes. Let me tell you what my neighbor did to me years ago. I had my boyfriend at the time park his car in my parking spot so his car wouldn’t get towed. The b intentionally had his car towed at 11 pm at night. My apartment manager called her up and she hung up on my apartment manager. He covered the cost for my boyfriend but ..sadly we broke up after that. I am wondering if a neighbor called the tow truck??? That is f’d up. 😢 Girl you need to manifest your new job. I have done this as well as my salary. You got this girl! I’m sending you high vibes!!!

I know that there are times that it seems the world is against you and everything is going wrong but know that even if you don’t know the reason now …. There is one and it’s not meant to be right now. This is easier said than done but hang in there because soon you won’t feel like this. Trust the process and know that you are where you are meant to be. It will be ok❤

i was laid off during covid and had a panic attack it was horrible. but i eventually found a better job.

My dad told me that always have a plan if you get laid off like have some money saved up to pay your rent or mortgage and other bills.

Typically when you're laid off your insurance is good until the end of the month you were let go in. So you might still be covered for your appointment.

I had a super similar situation where things in my life just fell apart and I kept thinking things couldn’t get worse and then something else would happen (it actually started bc my townhome flooded so you might have dodged a bullet there!). I PROMISE it does get better and things will slow down and start to work themselves out. It’s so freaking impossible to see the light at the end of the tunnel when you just keep getting kicked when you’re down but it does exist!

When it rains, it pours.

You have a roof over your head, able to afford food and you have the back up income from u tube. You can also check if you qualify for unemployment. I think condo search needs to be put on hold. Home ownership comes with many other expenses

Just be careful! I’m afraid that you will buy a house even though it might not be the smartest financial decision for you at this moment.
