I’m so happy for you buying a property. It’s a huge accomplishment. My dad told me most people don’t buy a house in their 20’s. It’s their 30’s with 2 incomes. For you to buy a house in your 20’s with one income is awesome. I bought my house in October 2021. Soon it’ll be 3 years. Save up money for maintenance and repairs.

Hey keegan! I was watching your video and heard you mention you don’t like socks because of the toe seams, and I thought I’d suggest Bomba’s! It’s a online brand that sells socks and they dont have toe seams, and they also donate socks to homeless shelters when you buy them so it’s a really good cause too. Just heard about it from another video and thought I’d share since it sounds like something you’d like! ❤ they are a tad pricey, but it could be good considering they’re well designed and for a good cause.

Would you mind PMng me which movers you had a good experience with? I totally got ripped off last June and don’t want to go through that again. 12 eggs any toppings you want (i did ham and cheese) mix up the eggs and put them in a muffin tins 350 degrees for 25 minutes :)

Don't wear the white linen with the white top - two different whites. Don't wear ripped jeans or joggers. And don't wear too lightweight clothes - they probably blast the AC (I used to live in FL - similar thing - boiling outside but freezing inside).

Are you getting a home warranty? It’s worth it. I had to get my HVAC replaced. I had to learn how to fix things around my house. My dad is teaching me how to fix things around the house. Have fun as a home owner. It’s not the same as a being a renter where you can call property management and have them do the repairs for you.

Random thought about your red neck … check your thyroid levels if you haven’t. Something called a thyroid rash can occur, apparently. Very common!

I’m glad you brought that up. It reminded me of how with hashimotos I get a weird rash on my neck near my thyroid when stress/certain foods/hormones flare my thyroid up. Might also be an accutane reaction or a contact allergy.

Maybe it just a heat rash because it hot outside
