Exactly what I've been saying. Part of the reason women's basketball never grew, is because all the best players went to 4-5 schools, Tenn, UConn, Stanford, L Tech, Baylor. Every S. Carolina player was a 5*. Iowa had one 5* player, Clark. SC is a joke. The only way they can win is to stack the deck.

The finals had peak viewing of 24 million which is double last years NBA Finals which averaged 11.6 million, the elite8 and final4 both topped the NBA Finals!!! Clark was offered $5 mil from Big 3 and now $10 from Lil Durk. That's just from contract alone. Even if it's gimmick, it'll bring publicity and potential sponsorships regardless of where she plays because she's the biggest star right now.

Raven Johnson is 19yrs old and shutdown Clark. Clark had 5 TOs, got frustrated. The same will happen in the WNBA. I played college basketball, watched women's college basketball and the WNBA for years. I DID NOT enjoy watching UCONN or Diana Taurasi in college. I like watching her in the WNBA. I kinda liked Maya Moore in college, because she's sooo humble. I enjoyed her in the WNBA. I can go on and on. Bottomline, everyone is entitled to their own opinion about Clark. Facts: Clark is 0-2 in NCAA Championship games, also 0-4 in Iowa state high school titles. Raven Johnson is a sophomore, has 1 college ring and won Georgia state high school 3 out of 4 years. It may be the coaching or the talent doesn't always translate. Clark didn't win the big prize in high school or college. Let's see what she does in the WNBA. I will be watching, but NOT specifically for her.

The WNBA players are just delusional! This young lady is a true talent, with shooting abilities that is unmatched in the womens game. Her passing, playing the majority of Iowas game, because the lack of a bench, and her ability to get open since the rest of the team was good but not great, makes her one of a kind. Every S. Carolina player was a 5* or 4*. Iowa had one 5* player, Clark. SC is a joke. The only way they can win is to stack the deck.

It’s crazy to think she can make more money- > Wnba salary & retirement money- by doing just that. The NCAA (and the university), if they’re smart business people, should be straight up lifetime NIL’n her to stay one more year. That shit would be hilarious-the NCAA jumping in by backing Caitlin vs the wNBA haters. In addition, I just thought about how her agent should get creative in negotiations like $ TV percentages $ for her to entice her to stay. Caitlin Clark set a new standard of playing basketball, WNBA players exposed and hated her.

The narrator missed the obvious comparison to Curry. Clark’s skill set is similar, and she’ll probably have to adopt some of his obsession with ball skills in order to have a similar career trajectory. Whether that happens or not, she’s a crowd pleaser and the WNBA would be foolish to marginalize her.

She has no chance in the WNBA. Everyone is going to hate her, including her own teammates. Jackie Robinson's debut was a hugfest compared to what she'll get.

welllll...thats not exactly the whole story. one of those girls got cut and didnt even make a team. 2 of them sat the bench pretty much the whole season. 1, when she played, wasnt that great. so it was actually just aliyah that is worthy of any praise. the other 4 girls are an afterthought.

@@JohnWickjr im an lsu fan. and i had iowa winning it all. 😁 i watched all their games, and throughout the entire season iowa was a complete team that played good, solid fundamental basketball. then the bracket came out. iowa ran outta gas. simple as that. they absolutely could have beat south carolina. a few teams almost did. but colorado, lsu, uconn--those were grueling games. and i think they just ran outta gas. had they been able to face some easier teams on their side of the bracket-- i think most definitely they could have won it all!

When LeCon first did that in Miami, then Cleveland, then LA...it just ruins the game. Clark was special because she took on the challenge of lifting a team, not trying to join a team of all stars. All of these old ladies coming out of the closet to attack Caitlin Clark is really pathetic to watch. Their jealousy is a sad sight to behold. It must be because they believe that they deserved the attention that Clark is getting, and now they think they can try to belittle her accomplishments by saying how wonderful they themselves were. It's been that way for a long time. It's a huge lezb pride league, the female coaches sleep with the players, and they practically lynch straight women and run them out of the league. Lezb women's doctors give them testosterone legally, so their all on multiple PED's, which adds to their psychosis.

I never watched woman’s basketball before Clark … it was those three pointers that amazed me.

Caitlin Clark is the Micheal Jordan of WNBA. She's changing the game and the players hate it because they need to get better and they refuse to change the way they play. For starters the NBA and the WNBA needs to have the same 3 point line. That's how WNBA gets respect.

It's been fun to see Clark. Got on the bandwagon late but I'll stay. This is a once in a generation opportunity to give relevance to the WNBA. She shouldn't care about all these jealous ladies who only want to see her fail to feed their shrinked egos.

One thing Kaitlyn is not playing against 18 year olds. She herself is 22 and I’m thinking at least some of her opponents are roughly about the same age if they are seniors in college. She’s not playing high school.

CC reminds me a lot of Larry Bird. She can shoot long range, drive, stop and shoot short and mid-range, can play defense, knows how to dish the rock, always has your head in the game, doesn't back down, can get into the other player's head; very Larry Bird-ish!

these UConn have-beens are disappointing and embarrassing! you've had your moments and you've taken the game as far as you could. it's not like the WNBA, standing alone, is a viable business. if someone comes along who can grow the game, be grateful as a lady player and be supportive!
