I love how your farm is genuinely useless - the animals are so either crusty looking, borderline special needs, cranky, rude or straight up homicidal. It’s amazing. It’s not that she has throw away animals by any means…every animal on a farm has a unique personality. She’s just taken the time to get to know and develop a relationship with each of hers.

you are contradicting yourself. first you say her farm is genuinely "useless" but then you go on to say Amanda is the only person to give animals who are a little much a chance... so THAT is her farm's USEFULNESS. her farm takes in animals that might not fit in elsewhere and are given a fabulous rest of their life.

@@TheJaniceJoy yes, some are rescues. idk all of their stories but I know Karen was rescued from a zoo where she was mistreated. some of the animals were "given" to Amanda & her husband because the owners couldn't take care of the animals properly. some of them have medical conditions & need daily medication so whether the previous owners couldn't handle that or couldn't afford the medication, idk. the only thing I know for sure is that Amanda says their goal is just to provide a safe, happy home for the animals to live out their days & not "have to do anything"... like the horses don't have to have riders on their back, the sheep aren't kept to just provide their wool, the ducks & geese aren't there to be butchered & eaten, none of the egg laying birds are there to provide eggs for people to eat, none of the animals are there for breeding purposes etc. they can just be "useless" & not do anything to have to provide for their keep. they are just there to be happy & loved

Keith was acting out again. He's suggesting that he doesn't get enuff food, so he'll show us what he's got to do so he can go on another day. Poor Paca. Every one knows you take good care of them all. He's a drama Queen, and w/a bit of gluttony on the side. Amanda is no 6 sheaves w/ Kubota to feed the flock and turn around to prepare a turkey n stuffing in the oven, giblets etc. in time for the Thanksgiving Day

Maybe steering isn’t so hard but taking care of all of those animals, throwing hay, hauling the feed and fending off emu attacks … I think that qualifies Amanda for Super Hero category! @@ukmedicfrcs you must not watch the channel or you'd know she doesn't just "steer the tractor🙄"... She works hard to give these wayward rescue animals a beautiful life and home to live it out in and slays while doing it

I love that she treats all the animals like dogs 🤣 they all respond to their name and are familiar with her touch. I thought Lucy was lining on up for a punt fr! 🤣 and also loves the LiveLaughLove frames in Karen's pen. You can tell the animals are happy and healthy.

Exactly. You see it in their eyes! And honestly, Karen and Brad have to feel secure that Amanda will still love and feed them even if they "act out". Sometimes, if we've been abused, we can only lash out at the people we are completely secure with. ❤️ And, same here re: Lucy, I was expecting a kick instead of that string of farts! LOL!! 💖

Stanley dropping to the floor for love was cute!! I love the cute dog.... He stopped eating the buns when caught but as soon as she talks to him he goes for them... Lol. More work was done in a 13 minute video and I can imagine it's a lot longer than that without editing.

Get rice bran for Doc....it will put weight on him without worry about him foundering...we bought 50 lbs bags for our 23 year old mare...horses can eat it all they want to put weight on..its amazing..we bought it from the rice mill in Missouri...worked great for ours when their teeth were worn out...I also ground up her horse feed

I cannot help being enamoured of Stanley and Karen. Why is it such a delight every time an emu hops upward at the start of a run? And the dance. They resemble Trufula trees. They can really enjoy the snow. Because they know they have a warm home inside, and Amanda’s Family will keep them safe and fed. So they can be glad. And it is all joyful to behold.
