I wana agree but i feel like when its one person arrest and killings accure... but they def need to talk one at a time.

The 1st drunk cop stole the show and never realised what he'd really done, this gave the other cops time to see what was up , and act nice.

I love the interactions with these police officers with the exception of the one disorderly officer. I love seeing so many of the auditors together that are doing the work that everyone will benefit from.

Excellent job fellas. The police FORCE is trained to have multiple officers approach and ask multiple questions at the same time in order to confuse, and get people to react negatively (due to increased agitation). You ALL did an AMAZING job of showing them how it feels!

As “normal” as the sergeant was, he just LOL’d about 6 witness and a victim reporting an assault, all because it was his homie. If one of you guys had approached him like that and made physical contact, you’d all be thrown on the ground and booked with 5 charges. The supervisor isn’t “cool,” he just played his role as good cop to diffuse the situation. He’s not going to look into anything. He’s gonna LOL about it when he goes inside, and he’ll for damn sure do everything in his power to cover this up and make it go away for his coworker. They don’t care about the law, they don’t care about morality, they just care about their gang. Still waiting to see the good cop that stands up against a bad cop and applies force and the law to his buddies the same way they’d do to a stranger.

You're presuming a lot here. Who knows what the sergeant went in and did. He may have very well done in and scolded the other guy and check to see if he was drinking on the job. Remember, bad cops under his command will ultimately fall on him

That Sgt. said the plain clothes officer may have been there for DUI training. Some trainees are given drinks and others aren’t, depending on the “control group” during the training. Although, if he was there for DUI training and being given alcohol, he shouldn’t have contacted the group outside. Even a couple drinks affects a person’s brain.

Sorta like I had been the one who was drinking. I do think these cops learned not to try to bully a citizen into following an unlawful request. He bit off more than he could chew.

This is why I too am not a fan of group audits. It just seems less professional when everyone is spouting off different laws and points at the same time. Also, this is just a repeat upload. It makes me think the person just needs an increase in advertising dollars from KZread. I like BAT too. I think he has a massive amount of talent.

Thank you for what you do man!!! I just got into the world of auditing via Big Nick, south florida accountability, and I'm so glad there's someone as solid as you doing this is my home, the bay area.

It's all about the signage, what a contrast in attitudes from cops. Nate did an awesome job standing his ground 👏👏✌️

Sheriff's thoughts, Yes we will put up a sign but we will not stop our officers from fleeing the scene and getting in a public police car and going out to violate victims while intoxicated.

There's a sliver lining to the first cop acting like a prick: other officers were able to be highlighted showing the courtesy and professionalism that otherwise most likely wouldn't have been seen.

You guys checked the force in Merced. Kudos to everyone exercising their rights.

You are the best out there actually doing what it’s meant to do...you are needed

However, as for the actual audit, I think you do better work by yourself. Groups like this drive the emotional tension up, and police have less of a chance of being educated when this type of situation puts them on the defensive. Farmer took it like a man I'll give him that. He was surrounded by auditors, he listened, had a debate and I think he actually did learn something that he never learned at the academy because if he and the other cadets HAD been taught these basic things, then most auditors would not be needed.

This is why I'm subscribed to you! I'm also on Jays now but at the time I didn't know who he was. I started watching auditors and cop watchers when I was bed bound after a car accident that broke my neck in 3 places and 7 ribs. I was out of work for the first time since I was 15 and in a neck brace for almost 8 months. This was one of the first videos I saw like this that immediately made me want to be an activist. I'm supportive from the sidelines for now but as soon as I can get out there and do the work myself I'm going to!! Thank you for your service to this country (the right kind)

If,off duty,he levered himself into a situation he didn't need to be in, no crime was taking place, and it didn't need him throwing his weight about.So at best he was drunk,and aggressive, at worst he was drunk ,aggressive and drunk at work-----,so dereliction of duty,took place.
