Amen, we either have a Constitution, and bill of rights or we don't .there is no middle ground, trouble is, cops want to twist it to their benefit. them ,What gets twisted is, the system ,that was created to protect us from them. Now they use the system, to only protect them. Sometimes it takes years to fight in that system ,to correct a wrong , that cops committed ,because they twisted the laws and bill of rights to fit their agenda. we fought a revolution over less, because we didn't have these rights or a Constitution. .and when the Revolution was won. Our Founding fathers, had long debates on these issues , and came up with a solution, that served the people .and this issue of our Constitution, is still being reformed and debated. But we as a nation of free people, can't allow a system created for the people, to be ruled by consent .let people with their own agenda, force rules they make up rule us. without consent. a Famous President upon leaving office quoted this to the people .its a Warning. and it fits today's issues .Quote "BEWARE OF PEOPLE WHO DRAPE THEMSELVES IN THE FLAG ,CLAIMING TO BE PATRIOTS, BUT HAVE THEIR OWN AGENDA" end quote people have in history of the world, draped themselves in a Flag .Claiming to be Patriots, Hitler was one of those in History and they had their own Flag, one they called the Blood Flag . we know how that it took 50 million people to die to stop that . and in the end that country's fearless leader, threw his own people under the bus, claiming they weren't worthy of him .allot of Americans are buried over there, that gave their lives, to stop that Ideal, from one man.

If your a plumber and someone calls you to fix a leak then when you get there you say “I’m here to fix a leak”, not “I don’t know why I’m here.” Then, you get whatever information you can about the suspected leak then you investigate to find said leak. If someone calls and says “I think I have a broken pipe because my water meter is moving when I’m not showering”, you don’t just start digging up all of the pipes. You use experience to start checking things out. It could be a bad toilet flapper. It could be a leaking water heater. It could be a dripping hose bib. The difference between this cop and a plumber is that a plumber would investigate before just taking the word of someone else who is guessing at the problem.

@@mdl7646 But yet they still do it? If it isn't their job, yet they still do it, then that is even more commendable than if they were legally obligated. If you were being, let's say, stabbed to death, and the police were your only option for survival, would you call them? Don't answer this with an irrelevant statement or a question. If you say no, I have to question your mental health (death wish?). If you say yes, your point has disproven itself. - Overkill's son

@@overkillblackjack2910 You're mistaken, they don't protect you at all. In fact, the opposite is true. They endanger you. Cops kill far more Americans every year than terrorists do, and it's not even close. This is to say nothing of all the money they steal (civil forfeiture), all the drugs they plant, all the people they menace and beat up, all the constitutional violations they commit, all the no-knock raids, all the extortion they collect (tickets, citations), and all the lives they ruin. If I were in a struggle for my life, I'd fight for it and have a better chance of surviving than you would calling and waiting 15 minutes hoping they arrive on time. If someone is stabbing you to death, what good are the police who are, at minimum, 10-15 minutes away, LOL? Go away kid, put your dad back on the line.

@@mdl7646 Did you ever stop to consider that, unlike you, my dad and I might spend our lives being productive instead of grasping at straws to argue easily disprovable points in a KZread comment section? LOL. But anyways, back to your arguement. Firstly, you answered with an irrelevant situation, one of the things I specifically said not to do. This automatically makes your arguement moot, but let's say it doesn't, and continue. When you talked about terrorists killing more than police, you have to wonder who stopped the terrorists from killing more people. Oh yeah... Police (ie. Micah Xavier Johnson case). No matter what 'legal obligation' police don't have to protect us, they, for the most part, do it. You are only more likely to be killed by police than a terrorist if you are armed and/or threaten them. Put someone with a high school diploma on the line. Winning this argument is getting boring. Yeah I was a bit confused on that part. I would assume what had happened was that a city worker got spooked of the auditor and misrepresented the auditor as a hardcore criminal or a bad guy who is about to commit a violent crime or something. Most of the time the cops had to detain you if the situation along with the original 9-11 phone call stated that a crazy mad man was running about. Cops can detain you if they truly suspect something bad is about to go on. *The Good Faith* doctrine provides Officers to make a clear action in light of having limited information on that a dire situation is going to take place. Your clothing style, manners, and conduct affects how most Cops will interact with you as well. Guarantee you if the auditor goes film these police stations and public building dressed as a book nerd; most cops wouldn't even be edgy around him. I do see that some of these Cops are not as collective towards public interactions.

@6:32, once a cop engages you in a conversation, the relationship is an adversarial one. The cop is fishing for a reason to arrest you. And you have the right to remain silent. You have no duty to cooperate with any cop trying to arrest you. Like some many evil cops, this one is lying about your having to cooperate with his “investigation.”
