Oftentimes they are high school educated, "trained" for 6 months, basically given tenure like Nobel Prize winning academics (try getting a cop fired), paid like upper-level Fortune 500 managers, and given the kind of legal authority and immunity most of us could NEVER EVER even dream of.

There are things about this that we are not taught in other ways. It is VALUABLE to have the people (who have more nerve and composure than I do) put themselves in situations to accentuate the pertinent laws that govern our interaction with public servants in public and publicly accessible places.

Since I've been watching audits, I've realized every time I've dealt with the police. They have violated my rights simply because I didn't know.....

Watch The Battousai. Turner vs Driver is thanks to him. He actually follows through, files complaints and takes the cases to court. He’s very respectful, does not act like a fool, doesn’t curse, he does what he’s supposed to do and just lets the tyrants do all the work for him until it’s time to do his part, he does it and provides updates.

I love it how they get "the stupid look" when a citizen knows the rights and laws better then the cops.

I have seen auditors that think they know what they are doing and just end up looking as dumb as the police they are trying to prove a point to. Judges can impose policy directives regarding their fiefdoms, called courthouses. They can limit photography in the entire building, or the number of spectators in their courtrooms. However, these edicts are supposed to be printed and posted at the access points to the building along with a statutory code, or a "By order of Judge" so and so.
