The scary thing here is how he seemed worked up and emotionally charged. It took you being a super calm resilient articulate confident strong person to not back down from it. No way the average citizen is able to keep composed like that. I think that's what people mean when they say officers do things through intimidation. It doesn't even matter if they realize it or not, it's still happening.

That stupid cop doesn’t actually believe any of the assertions that he made. None of them actually believe that their unlawful commands are true and correct. They are knowingly telling a lie, and simply just using the correct terms needed to justify their actions, provided they can get you to bow down to their aggressiveness or provided that you’re too ignorant to know the law and know your rights. They are trained from day one to ALWAYS take control and dominate every interaction with any civilian. And that’s what’s dangerous about these ppl, is they’re just people like the rest of us. They become deluded and arrogant and used to being obeyed at all times. That’s why the statistics show 48% of police officers wives involved in some kind of social service program for domestic abuse. That’s what happens when you give power , authority and a costume to most individuals

What gives one the impression USA is a free country. USA IS NOT A FREE COUNTRY!! Americans can't even exercise their first Amendment rights. Shame on USA! It takes ordinary American citizens (1st amendment auditors) to preach democracy and freedom to the very same law-makers and the protectors of the law - failure of the American justice system. Americans are drowning in their own interpretation of freedom which is oppression. Oppression is cruel and people will eventually revolt! Yeap! Donald J Trump was referring to USA as a shithole country in his speech, few years ago in Ohio.

There’s not a few bad apples like they say. There’s just a few good ones. The rookie is still learning and he’ll be a tyrant within a year or so. Even the people that join law enforcement for the supposed right reasons become tyrants real quick. This rookie here actually thought he’d serve the community and get a well paying job with just a few months of cop school in Chico, CA which is right down the road. Then he’s gonna follow his sergeants lead and start belittling the citizens and start giving directives to everyone and they’ll mold him into the same pile of human sh!t that they are. He’ll start lying on reports, lying on the stand, and just turn a blind eye as his peers and higher ups violate their oath to the constitution and the citizenry which will inherently make him a bad apple too😢. Keep up the great work BAT👍👍👍

The intimidation tactics of Sergeant Harper and failure to identify initially on his part and officer Woodward is shameful, to say the least. This is evidence of a lack of direction and training. It is this type of attitude directed towards the general public that causes mistrust and hatred towards police officers. Well-meaning police officers that exercise their duties properly, as opposed to Sergeant Harper and to a lesser extent officer Woodward are the cause of many police officers throughout the United States not returning home to their families at the conclusion of their shift because they have lost their lives because in part due of the antics of a Sergeant Harper and officer Woodward, creating hatred and mistrust of the police. The three commanding officers of the Red Bull Police Department, Chief, Captain, and Lieutenant need to better train all officers under their direction, so as to gain trust within the community they patrol. Sergeant Harper seems to be of the 1960's type of officer, "I am a police officer, do as I say or else." It does also seem that he has influenced officer Woodward to mistakenly follow his lead. In this video, it is clear that at the beginning, Sergeant Harper's attitude is one of, "quien es mas macho", English translation "who is tougher".

It's clearly a public lot, the writing is on the ground. Certain parking spots are marked as police parking while others are not, so you can see that except for the reserved spaces that there is public parking. This is the proof that the lot is meant for the public and the police have some spots saved for themselves. Even a 4 year old can see that.

They can do that whenever they want. That said, UNTIL they ACTUALLY DO put up that fence or some kind of signage making it clear which portions of the lot are restricted it remains open to the general public.
