Hey BayFam I haven’t been able to read many of the comments on this video I have read some but I did hear people were making comments like “why didn’t you give credit to the people that took these videos like you should have.” Well put simply because these people didn’t want credit and chose to remain anonymous. Thank you for the inspiration BAT. After 6 interactions with local sheriffs office, I got one on film and got good news from my lawyer last week. It made the news. The "cops" suddenly started returning my calls, answering my emails, offering to investigate the incidents, etc. I'm a veteran and nothing pisses me off more than tyrants. Long live the republic.

Can’t understand that after approximately 4 years of the auditing community bringing to light the current trend in America that we still see the total lack of understanding by LE. You would think that more public servants would have some awareness of the most basic laws on the books by now. It’s a pathetic situation that needs to be addressed sooner than later. Yeah, I'm born and raised in Dallas and Hispanic. Years ago I had two friends of mine that are African American drop me off at the DART station and a DART cop stopped me and said that was suspicious so he ended running my name. Didn't know my rights then like I do now because of auditors like BAT and SJVT and know my rights were violated bad! We all need to learn our rights and use them.

Mine was in Grand Prairie September of 2017. A-holes tried to kill me, but I survived four days in their custody while suffering from an aneurism and blood clot to the leg. Now I’ve been following cops around and recording since September of last year when one faked a report and put my name on it after running the plates on the first vehicle he saw after our encounter. Since I started I’ve been assaulted, pushed to the ground, ambushed with a rifle (aggravated assault), and arrested for not having a front license plate when my bumper was off for repairs (a fix it ticket with a $10 administrative fee) … actually for telling the cop I only had to exhibit my license, not hand it to him to write the ticket, which is how the law is written in Texas. This all to intimidate me into not recording them at work. A pattern and practice which should get them a huge lawsuit and investigated by the Fed’s. Unfortunately the Feds have bigger fish to fry. I could use a good contingency civil rights attorney in the DFW area, the ones in Tarrant county won’t even try.

Imagine how successful this channel would be if BAT uploaded regularly and didn't ghost his subscribers.... his channel would be bigger than LIA... but unfortunately BAT is unreliable. The least he could do would be to make a community post to keep up updated, but he doesn't respect his viewers enough to do that. Remember when BAT promised a weekly upload schedule? I think that only lasted a week...ghosting is BAT's MO!

If you still live in Vacaville and are disgusted with the police corruption you should look into submitting a grand jury complaint in Solano County or serve on the grand jury in Solano County and get paid to be a grand jury member. Being a Grand Jury member allows you to investigate police, sheriff, any county official and county departments. Then a grand jury member writes public reports that are published publicly. The GJ public reports bring light to the corruption to hold them accountable.

Good video, Bay. Stood your ground and showed them who the actual boss is. The kryptonite of cops are smart citizens knowing the law, and not giving in.

Do you want to stop VV PD's corruption? If you live in California. Look up the benefits of working as a Civil Grand Juror in your county. Such as Solano County. A civil grand jury members is paid for the hours, driving, investigations against county and law enforcement. A civil grand jury received hundreds of dollars stipend to be a civil grand jury member for a few hours a week. As a Civil Grand Jury you have privileges and powers to investigate the police departments, tour county and law enforcement facilities, take notes, interview the law enforcement, county employees and county officials and write public reports about them. If you participate as a civil grand juror you have the authority request county information that isn't normally available to the public and a grand jury member can tour all county offices, interview the mayor, city counsel, county supervisors and county departments probation, etc and take notes to later use to write public reports. Plus you can respond to complaints that are made to the Civil Grand Juries office. Look up your local civil grand jury in you area. See what an average citizen has powers too working as a civil grand juror and how much a grand jury members gets paid that comes out of the county budget. It is a very good experience for a citizen to work as a civil grand juror that gives someone powers over local government and law enforcement. You will learn a lot and understand the privileges, powers and qualified immunity a civil grand jury members has over the local government.

No, he is far from the best at Auditing. You obviously have limited experience with Auditors if you think that. This guy is a police abuser and what he does is actually counterproductive to what he claims he wants to achieve. If people like this guy continue to harass, abuse, and intimidate police officers, the result will be that officers will actually be given more powers to help them counteract these behaviors. That will mean LESS freedoms and NOT MORE for the general public. Calling cops clowns and flipping the finger at them IS pointless abuse. At the end of this video he actually accuses the cops of "stalking" him when in fact it is he who is stalking them! If you would like to see a REAL auditor at work then please take a look at 'Long Island Audits' or 'Amagansett Press."

Don't forget to post on the police departments facebook and google review. Public shaming the only consequences they'll usually face

Sounds like a convention of auditors is needed in Vacaville.
