Well said. I would love to do audits but I do NOT have the temperament required. I leave to a master like BAT. I'd end up with assault charges for sure.

If he lies to you. How many other times has he lied in court and on police reports? he needs to be fired ASAP. And all people convicted of crimes because of him need to be reviewed.

I thought about this, too. Ego is definitely a part of it, also, because they must be trained that way. Don't admit guilt because you can be liable, no matter what the situation is. Since cops don't know laws, the legals from their departments must teach them so.

I.E. putting their freedom in the hands of police officers that may or the majority do not know the actual laws they enforce and may end up having to spend time in jail, spend lots of cash on lawyers just to prove themselves innocent when nothing illegal ever occurred in first place. So yes, they are putting themselves in personal lawfully situations.

I looked up Fairfield 11.8.8 It specifies a "portion" of that parking lot will be for city employees and marked as such. They're in compliance. The rest of that lot us a public parking lot. Cops just have to lie.

I admire the cops restraint when you kept calling him names and trying to escalate. He said you were right. Clearly he thought there was a sign but you proved otherwise. I’m glad you went back and held him accountable: getting body cam video and official complaint. Overall I respect what your doing but I like San Joquin, he stays calm, let’s them incriminate themselves then drops the hammer and gives them the law!
