Most of those big mouth know nothings there "working" on the taxpayers tab should be on probation for their jobs with very slim chances of making the grade. I kind of disagree with that statement. There are a LOT of laws and nobody is expected to know them all. What should be done, instead, is to train people to follow a process to acquire information, clarify the law, or escalate to appropriate supervisors.

But the willingness of both security guards to become aggressive and stating the will to use violence against a unarmed man is the something we call out on police officers to be fired or charged. So the same should be expected for security guards. Civil action if not also criminal charges should be taken on both wanna be cops. But most definitely should have their state security license taken from them.

I hope these clowns were fired. They were acting ridiculous, if they treated you like this on camera imagine how they treat people who aren’t recording and don’t know their rights or the law. Obviously people are going to try to take advantage of you if they think your clueless. Why not just mention it from the jump. It’s obvious who escalated this and who is at fault. Had it not been for the two idiot security guards he would’ve been in and out without issue. They are so dense after two employees said it was perfectly legal they still didn’t get it. Silkaaa, you are entitled to your opinion as I am. That is the danger of the usa. A place can look normal from the outside and but you never know the education level of the people walking around. Just avoid the entire country for your safety and sanity.

The major problem with the United States is if you are Black you are 6 times more likely to be KILLED by the police. That’s insane especially how many more white people there are than black people in the United States. I would think that a blk man would know what its like to have your rights violated and not want to do the same to someone else. I'm certain on their birth certificates it says blk and on their job application it says blk. So if that's an issue for you then maybe you can get those policies/procedures changed. As of today I'm sure that blk is their description on their drivers license as well. As a blk man (according to government records) myself, I think these 2 clowns should are an embarrassment to blks that are fighting for equality. However, I respect your opinion since we are all entitled to one.
