A bit sad really. There were a lot of probation officers around when these 2 young men were wilding out on the B. A . T . I wish an older more experienced person would have stepped in and saved them and taught them really. The probation officers just let these young dudes hang themselves right in from of them.

I too been following the audit scene for a few years. I actually quit watching them for a bit because the auditors were trash (most). How did I not hear of this guy before? I have started binge watching his vids. He seems to have mastered the art of auditing.

Saint like calm. It is eerie, and I am in awe every time I see it. Also, they're some of the few auditors that ACTUALLY follow up.

That probation officer was way too good to be working there. Props to him for understanding your rights.

Notice how he said that police officers are informed to be aware of "auditors". What they should be aware of is THE CONSTITUTION, for ANYONE.

That's something that's been bothering me in a lot of these videos. They say shit like that. "If I knew you were an auditor" "We know about auditors" "I've seen you auditors." Fuck that shit. It's no different than a secret shopper at a grocery store. The point is NOT to pamper the secret shoppers. The point is that the secret shoppers are there to represent an unbiased experience of an every-day shopper. If you know who the secret shopper is, there's no POINT to a SECRET shopper. How is that difficult to understand? Don't brown-nose the auditors. Treat people like humans. Done. End of story.

agreed. There are many auditors over the hears that I have watched and appreciate their approaches, but as of now I would have to say I am more in line with this style of audit. I will say that I am not sure this style would of been as effective without previous auditors doing their thing though... This audit with the positive ending interaction and the positive placerville, CA chief ending interaction both had them mentioning 'auditing' affecting how policing is at least thought about. Anyways, another great audit.

Their job as a security guard is to Observe and Report, a person walking up to another in a costume of tyranny and demand that you fill out paperwork regarding your health and others... Yep sure this sounds on the up and up. I see a lot of recorded evidence of crimes being committed that someone without qualified immunity would be in prison for... would tyrants do what they feel they have to do for their masters if they didn't have qualified immunity? As soon as the auditor mentioned about HIPAA laws I swear that circle that was surrounding him backed up 2 steps. I have to ask why if the auditor knew that the paperwork he filled out he was not obliged to, then why become complicit in a fraud and volunteer personal information when it was not needed?

Great job as usual! I love how this video highlights the proper way to manage conflict! I'd like to offer one suggestion. I often hear you (and many others) say that people need training, but rarely do I ever hear anyone mention anything specific. It would be nice if you were able to research a few options for crisis intervention and conflict resolution trainings and educate these officers on how to better train their staff. Keep doing your thing and stay safe out there!

I called and spoke with the Operations manager. I am actually working on an article/series on the 1st Amendment movement. I identified myself along with the publisher information and received a "no comment " about the appalling and illegal behavior of Tweedle Dee and Tweedledum. I fully intend to make this interaction one of the "featured incidents ". It will be featured right along with the interaction in Des Moines where the auditor was illegally arrested for "loitering" and the police seized his property in retaliation.
