BayFam please read my community posts made about the employee in this video filing a false complaint against me with KZread in order to retaliate against me for exercising my constitutional rights and reporting on their bad behavior!!!!! I have now put all contact info in the description section we cannot allow them to get away with this and the complaint was filed during work hours when he was on duty being paid by we the people!!! We need to contact the California board of education, el dorado county office of education (which oversees this district) and force them to cancel the false complaint and terminate the person who filed said complaint!!!!! All info is there I need you guys on this one they have been manipulated by a troll to file this false complaint and we need to set an example that we will not put up with this!!!!!!!!! I would so love to see one cop in charge just say jay can we hire you to give us classes on how we should be policing the laws not the policies. And give scenarios less when it come to schools and districts . It would certainly be money well spent so all cops were on the same page. BAT - you need to follow up to request for:- 1. the video recording that the female receptionist made on the 1st video. 2. the picture(s) the guy took of you in the 1st video. 3. the recording that the guy took of your verbalised request for public records at the end of the 1st video so you can throw that back at them for not responding to your original request within the required timeframe.

An example of how administrators will stand behind and shield other employee' misconduct happened to me at the Newark Unified School District when I was a substitute teacher and found a first grade teacher's math incorrect. She was teaching that 1/2 plus 1/2 = 2/4s, adding both the numerators and denominators, when only the numerators should have been added (1/2 + 1/2 = 2/2 = 1). When I explained this to the kids, the kids the next day told their teacher that she was wrong, she told the principal, who then told me I was no longer welcome at her school, all because I wanted to teach the kids the correct way of adding fractions. This actually went to the district office administrator, who had me come in to explain why 1/2 and 1/2 = ! (one whole). I was terminated that year as a sub with that district. But it all worked out well for me, if not for the kids...I took a full time position with another district and have since retired on a livable salary. Another great video by the BATman! Always good to watch you in action, BATman. Stay safe!

They conflate other things to make it sound as if the first amendment is ambiguous, like cursing COULD be considered disorderly conduct, but that is fallacious. It COULD if the subject is engaged in other disorderly conduct in conjunction with the cursing. Disorderly could also happen WITHOUT any curse words being spoken at all. So in other words, it's irrelevant. I could engage in disorderly conduct while wearing black pants, or while wearing no pants at all. That doesn't mean it's a slippery slope that wearing black pants COULD potentially border on disorderly conduct.

You could compare it to being at the reception desk in your GP's surgery. A sign states that for the protection of other patient's privacy that you should not approach the reception desk till asked to do so. The reception desk is in a part of the waiting room where all patients sit against the walls waiting for the GP to call them and can quite clearly hear everthing that is being said at reception. 💖 ~ Superintendent Todd hadn't seen the 1st audit vid (bet he has NOW), so he hadn't seen the office's *5 SMERK TYRANTZ'* *despicable behavior* &, *after an hour of NOT working*, *culminating in them walking out of the office altogether* - except for the *snark-alek jerk who finally just recorded J's initial public data request on his phone*, instead of writing it down-date stamping it-copying it-giving J the original-& then expediting their copy to the appropriate person to fulfill ... who *did NOTHING with it*, but instead whined to YT with a FALSE REPORT (once he found out J was actually a major KZreadr he'd dissed big-time & that he'd shown his true colors to the world - & he was horrified that his superiors WOULD actually be seeing him "in action & nonaction" - LOL-LOL-LOL!). *NEED to see a followup with Superintendent Todd AFTER he saw initial vid'z empz' behaviors & what punishments were doled out - I wanna see those 5 FIRED!!!* But yeah ... that accidental mildly profane word *nearly an hour after the audit began* ... THAT'S WHAT UPSET EVERYBODY?!?¿??? 🇺🇸 ⚖ 👊 If you wish for peace, prepare for war. 💖

The police do inform them Sometimes, it’s just a lot of police don’t know the law or constitution either.

Why am I not surprised this happened again 🤔. I am so gonna call and politely give these school officials an ear full. I worked as a School Safety Officer for 18 years and I would never ever handle any situation with such callousness and unprofessionalism. This was an absolute shame these school officials would treat any member of the public. There are no excuses for this behavior, even without the proper training. No school official should act this way!!! But you are right. They are so used to being the boss and expecting of everyone to obey their every command. But not here, buddy, we know better!!!! Dude, thanks so much for the follow-up on this school district site.

What many public service employees seem to not know is that the onus to protect private information is on them. They are required by law/policy to maintain all private information in a manner that makes it inaccessible to anyone not authorized to view that information. If they allow that private information to be visible to the public, then they are the ones in breach of the law/policy and are subject to prosecution.

Your explanation of the laws is outstanding. I think you ought to carry them with you. Once the public servants misstates the law/policy/whatever BS pops in their noggins, you may whip it out and provide on-the-spot correction. Recording that will be entertaining.

I totally agree with you! The times he has stated the law and tells them to look it up 9timed out of 10 they don't. If he had them on him and of coarse he most likely would need to read it to them (because they don't want to know) if you read it to them make them hear it it's right there in black and white NOT grey like I hear them say!

I think BAT wants them to educate themselves, the first visit in this office and superintendent should’ve done some research and understood the first amendment and its constitutional rights but they did not take that opportunity. As for the second visit we are about back to square one again with them thinking the police will just chase him away. It is their responsibility to know the law.

Jay. Always love the follow-ups to see if they learned anything. Apparently sometimes they learn the wrong thing from the police. When you re-gave them your public records request, I wish you would have included the info from their personal phones from the first visit😊

The officer thinks the language in the penal codes is ambiguous simply because he doesn’t understand it . . .

Thank you for exposing this gravy train stream of income where it has gone on far far too long where these folks think they own that building…

Law enforcement officers often interpret situations based on their own perspective, which can lead to misunderstandings when someone challenges their actions.

They are always wrong when they start a sentence with, “Yeah, but….” or “ From their point…”
