I have stated this a few times on other auditor sites...I worked in the medical industry for 13 years in the IT Dept. I have conducted internal HIPAA audits many times. The NEXT time someone spouts crap about HIPAA violations, tell them to call the Office of Civil Rights and file a HIPAA violation report. That would open up the biggest can of worms! If the facility comes under the microscope for HIPAA violations...they will be in a world of shit! OCR does NOT take this lightly. I would VERY MUCH love to see an employee call OCR and report themselves for a HIPAA violation.

Alice is rude, arrogant, ego filled, and really quite whiny. When she doesn’t get her way, she acts out. Even when her employee tells her that she has to comply, she still can’t handle her ego and has to act out to show that she’s the boss. It’s an honor to be a public servant yet she thinks she can stand by the door and let in those who she deems worthy and if you have a camera, she can deny you service even after being told that she must comply. This woman does not need to have a job. She needs to be disciplined and if her employer doesn’t they need to be disciplined also. This is not how you deal with the public. It’s one thing, to not understand it’s another thing to be educated, and then still act in a deplorable way to the public, all while, collecting her salary, and helping the public that she deems worthy. She should do better.

Have no fear. By publicizing this audit, Alice was immediately considered formally complained. With as many viewers this channel has, the county was probably flooded with concerned tax payers inquiry. To add to that, the county would be hanging themselves if they did not impose strict and hasty penalty to her for her violations of policy/law/constitutional rights. The next to follow would be a personal lawsuit as qualified immunity is null when concerning violations of citizens constitutionally protected rights.

The issue is that there are a few terrible confrontational 1st amendment auditors that make people jaded... There are auditors that do go out and be confrontational on purpose.... Those disruptive auditors should get shut down.. I'm all for the 1st amendment but there's gotta be a fine line. We have to be neutral and try to understand why people get the way they are and hope education and reason will make change.

Great job BAT. Those public servants have lost the little minds they had. They know next to nothing and are delusional about their positions and responsibilities to the public. Good on that last woman with the big sunglasses. She was the only one with a clue.

This is clearly a case of adrenaline rush "blindness". We live in a world where we're afraid to "offend", we're taught to avoid situations that make us uncomfortable and when you're of a certain age, you do less and less that puts you out of your comfort zone and begin to stagnate....even the slightest confrontation is so out of the ordinary that it causes a "fight or flight" response. She didn't understand something, it made her uncomfortable/stressed and so her brain flooded her with adrenaline and said "DANGER, BAD GUY". Excessive blinking, stumbling over her words, fast movements, fast breathing and lack of reasonable thought. This is how people end up in serious trouble, especially criminal trouble, it's how people get killed in road rage, turn small traffic stops into being shot at...it's such a powerful response that you can forget to breathe properly in water and drown. You do not want these people around you or to be the face of your business. If you're not used to adrenaline or how to control it, you really need to start thinking about it, a short conversation shouldn't have you physically shaking.

How do these people even qualify for a job they, obviously, know nothing about! The ignorance, incompetence and TOTAL lack of knowledge is GLARING! In any other profession, this lack of understanding about your job would be grounds for instant dismissal!

Alice doesn't appreciate the public that she serves. She needs to be fired and the job needs to be given to someone deserving..

The act of deleting that photograph was a criminal act committed during her employment. She should be prosecuted and have her employment terminated.

Alice needs to go! This woman does not need to work with the public ever again. She cannot handle it. She needs to work in the private sector, where she doesn’t have to have any contact with the public. And where the public doesn’t have to put up with her rudeness. Talk about a huge ego! Public workers like her really need to be made an example of, you can’t gladly take tax payers money and threat the public like 💩.

Ignorance is no excuse for freedom. They should lock that lady up for being stupid.

The government employees who unnecessarily call police on people in public should be charged with false police report and pay for cost of call. Most people need to be punished before they learn especially people with their attitude.

That's why BAT does what he does, for some reason he always manages (or at least most of the time) to avoids arrest for his activitries which are basically trespassing. Which is a crime.

It's really embarrassing when HIPAA is used as an excuse in these situations because it has nothing to do with you. Alice is defiant because she thinks she can do whatever she wants. If there's money involved in the suit, it won't come from her. I hope she is punished for her arrogance and disrespect.

Yeah but it it'll be us who pay the price. Our justice system really needs to be overhauled from the ground up starting with qualified & I think it's called judicial immunity.

I can't believe how hard it is to go "I'm sorry, we started off on the wrong foot, I was wrong about these things and I apologize. Let me help you get what you need!" but instead they let their inflated ego bloom and take the deep end dive to Karenland. I agree. He's one of the most professional, if not THE MOST. I appreciate what all auditors do but some of them (particularly the ones that operate in packs) are antagonizing clowns that give auditors a bad name. They could learn a thing or 2 from BAT

First of all, BAT is either the king or he shares throne time with maybe two others. The one entitled "STOP GRABBING ME" or whatever with the cops vs. parole officers is IMO his magnum opus. Zero to beast mode straight away, and until it was over. Thank you BAT, I love your approach and method it seems to always be done within the context of trying to keep everyone chill. But of course some don't let you. I was listening to this one while driving, so was only able to focus on audio of course... I had a couple of observations that I'm curious if anyone else shares... now remember I'm just hearing voices and having to get a feel for dynamic through that. Can't tell who's rolling eyes, smirking, etc. 1) one lady came out of the restroom and kept talking about BAT "putting a camera" in her face as she was leaving the restroom, although it sounded as if BAT was nowhere near the door. Her. She seemed to have real deep fear. Voice seemed quavery and not because of her (I think) age. Anyone else think she was genuinely afraid? I found myself feeling sorry for her. Was it right to push her out of her comfort zone? Absolutely. Would I change a word if I could edit reality? No. It was necessary but I still felt bad for her. 2) At some point following the group's realization that it was happening and they were going to have to ride it out, one lady said to another (paraphrasing) "hey uh we have that thing tomorrow here... so we'll be here... we need to see um who's coming to that..." what I heard was "we need to make sure we have someone who can go toe-to-toe with this threat if he comes back tomorrow." Anyone else? Basically, the feeling I got listening to this was this: Although the banter got a little lighter, and the lady who deleted the photo expressed defiance, there was a real tangible fear among this entire group. Unfortunate, but also unavoidable. BATs good at laying them down on a velvet pillow if they let him. My $0.02 worth every penny

Alice needs to be fired and sent to the local asylum to deal with all her mental issues. Hey kids this is how entitled grown ups in the PUBLIC sector acts and cost millions of dollars to citizens. As Alice is far from being the only one who acts this way!!!! Great for the lady with the sunglasses that came in, which knew how to deal with a member of the public, her boss and put everyone in their place, except for Alice, but that woman is crazy, insecure and mentally lacking. I have seen rocks smarter than her in my driveway LOL BAT great work and look out at Ely channel, he is going around all police precinct in New York and tell them to take out all those illegal signs for : No recording or pictures in the station!!! As per the judgement of a judge and removal of them all immediately!!!! It is all due to the work you guys have put in and tyvm to all of you for that 😉
