I used to work at this office as a PSE and this is just another day for Rico. He definitely has some issues and shouldn't be working for the public. I really hate to say this but in all honesty, he's not going to get fired. The only way to really get fired at this post office is if you're stealing. Other than that, they're going to let him retire like nothing happened. I can answer any other questions you guys have, let me know.

I’m sorry @EricPerkins but they and most police officers do Not know the law and certainly do not know the constitution. Police training involves very little time on education regarding the Law. It’s been said a million times over, when it takes longer to learn to become a hairdresser than it does to become a cop, then you will get ignorant officers who think they understand the law, but actually do not. Therefore with uneducated officers, you get lawsuits and the settlements keep getting paid out. If a cop gets sued and looses, that should be the end of their law enforcement career. Cops with some horrific incidents are allowed to resign and move on to the next city and get hired again and again.

I honestly don't know why he handled the audit this way, why that postal worker was not arrested for assault, why the police threatened to arrest without ANY investigation, why BAT praised and thanked the officers and said he didn't hold it against the postal worker ... so many questions.

this dude should definitely be fired and ordered to attend anger management .. hes not safe to be around the public who knows what he is capable of doing .
