That's not true. That just how they react to auditors. The general public usually doesn't go to these buildings without an appointment so the employee is already expecting them. @@gj9352 I disagree, many 1A auditors follow complaints about departments, just because it looks random doesn't mean it is. Also audits do tend to check every department. Depending on the depth and burden that it creates may change the number of departments audited at one single time. Anyone in a public facing role knows they are a pain in the ass but it is thier job to deal with anything that's legal.

They have forgotten their place in our society. Just think of every government office across this country. And after watching 1A audits, 85-95% of the employees treat citizens like shit. For some reason, they think their position allows them to rule over WE THE PEOPLE. Why don’t they teach them that when they are hired THEY WORK FOR US. And even if they didn’t work for us, wtf is wrong with common courtesy?

are you kidding homeland security have been releasing memo and policy on this for years, more than a dozen supreme court rulings back this up and yet all over the country federal, state legislators have been writing unconstitutional laws to try and stop it it is about time the auditors realise they are banging their head against a brick wall and go after the real target government legislators and law makers put their jobs at risk and expose them to the voters, nothing short of this will amount to any real change the rest is just a public relations exercise and they do not give a fuck, tens of thousands of audits by many different auditors have proven that they will not change unless forced to, auditors were patting themselves on the back when they said that a certain state had got rid of qualified immunity it was a public scam the truth is they replaced it with legislation that is more ambiguous and harder to challenge.

Fire codes are very serious business and they will be obeyed. You would think the upper management would know better. They’re too busy worried about someone taking pictures instead of fire safety rules and regulations. Go figure. Auditors need to keep up their fantastic work showing violations and public workers that don’t know how to treat the public with courtesy and respect.

Great content BAT, love the videos. I just want to point out to not use the fire marshal code in these arguments, the windows are indeed there per the code, but it's not about being able to view through them, they're there in case a fire dept. need to gain access and they don't have to wrestle with the entire door, they can just break the window and gain entry. So blocking the view would not constitute a violation, the window can be opaque but it has to be breakable.
