    Oohhh you have a daughter too , you look so young , How old are you ?? I want to gain 7-8 kg . I am 36 years old , my son is almost 7 years old . My weight was 60 kg , now I am 50 kg from past 1 year . I hv endometriosis cyst in both ovaries & fibroid in uterus, thats why I started Satvik movement s diet plan . But it didn’t cure my disease but I lost 10 kgs in 2-3 months , then I stopped satvik diet . But last 1 year se main kuch bhi digest nhi pa rhi mere normal diet , weight v nhi badha 1 year me.

    hi..I have been watching ur videos fr past few months. I was a normal healthy person but I started loosing weight after having thyroid issues detected since 2 yrs. right now I am not on any medication, living a normal life BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO GAIN WEIGHT BACK LIKE I WAS 3 yrs AGO from a normal veg diet (as every now n then I get to hear from others).     Look when you have a health condition then things might progress slow for you but it is still absolutely doable. I have many clients wih thyroid issues who have been able to gain in my program so if you haven't been able to gain then I am sure there is something that you are probably missing out on.

    Calorie and protein requirement is different for diff people as per the weight and body type. For me this diet is just a maintaining diet not gaining diet.

    Hii..mam I joined gym to gain weight with proper diet plan.It's been a month since I joined the gym, but my weight is constant. I don't have any disease like thyroid or any other problem regarding digestion.I am 24 year old girl. before joining gym my weight was 43 and same after joining. Please mam help me out of these.

    Just working out isn’t enough. You must fuel your workouts with enough calories and protein so calculate that and then stay consistent with that. Proper diet plan doesn’t define whether its the right thing with the right breakdown or not

    I'm 20 , 37 kgs , i have no health issues.. i can eat non veg well .. eggs , meat anything.. but I'm unable to eat carbs , specially rice well .. what should I do to gain weight? Also I can't eat a lot at once

    Hey Komal, firstly dont’t compare yourself to anyone else. We are all in different phases of life and are different humans so a lot is going to be different so there is no point comparing.
