    I am not skinny...but i have small lower body part, like i have hip dips and small hips...and thats why its not looking so good...anything i wore it doesn't fit in my lower body😢😢😢...what should i do...please reply

I'm so glad and thankful to have found you <3 Secondly, I experience rapid heart rate while doing workouts and after that too, is it unhealthy? Also, is it advised to avoid workout if one is facing gastric issues? Kindly ans di.

    Really happy to have you here xx Rapid heart rate happens to some in the initial phase of the journey as stamina is still getting built up and body is experiencing a strenuous activity which its not used to but slowly it should ease off. Keep yourself hydrated during workouts. Whether to workout or not depends on how bad are the gastric issues.

    Have you consulted a doctor for digestion issues or acidity? That needs to get treated a bit before you can work on improving the appetite

    After many long time ..dii Missing you so much I feel 1 problem, dii Mera weight gain to bhot achha ho rha hai, but now days I feel , ki mere legs to bhot achha weight gain hua , but on the upper body match hi nhi ho rha , koy change hi nhi hai ..
