Hello di, First thing first, you're a boon for weight gainers like me. I'm so glad and thankful to have found you <3 Secondly, I experience rapid heart rate while doing workouts and after that too, is it unhealthy? Also, is it advised to avoid workout if one is facing gastric issues? Kindly ans di.
Really happy to have you here xx Rapid heart rate happens to some in the initial phase of the journey as stamina is still getting built up and body is experiencing a strenuous activity which its not used to but slowly it should ease off. Keep yourself hydrated during workouts. Whether to workout or not depends on how bad are the gastric issues.

Have you consulted a doctor for digestion issues or acidity? That needs to get treated a bit before you can work on improving the appetite
