Please mam start a series like from exercise to all day meal for gaining weight
Thanks di for diet plan most needed this for me
If I prepare my meals like this for a week my Indian mom will slap me for storing all those. Bcoz it's a small fridge and even if one of those ingredients gets spoiled then I'm finish😅😅😅 this is harsh reality though our moms want us to eat fresh they don't get the points of macros and calories and they see me weird when I measure stuff😅

you can always start with bottles of water, bricks etc but later on you must invest in proper dumbbells so you can lift properly and progress.

Hie didi..before its been 21 days since I had started diet after 3 month gap. I gained 1.5 kg so far the next after measuring weigjt I got my period and on the 2nd day I checked weigjt it's reduced by half kg..is this due to hormonal fluctuations? Is this normal sis..? And after being in to weigjt lifting my flow dropped to typically 2 half to 3 days now. Is that ok? And can we do workouts continuously for 6..7 days? Due to other schedules?

weight fluctuation is normal during periods. Some people do experience changes with their periods but keep an eye on these closely. I would recommend taking rest days in between. 6-7 days non-stop might not be very healthy on your body

@@Fitnfierceneetu yes didi since 6 months my periods are for 3 days earlier it used to be 4..5 days. Now there's little to no.pain sometimes active and healthy. But just had a doubt is that ok or something wrong.

Ma'am I'm following this. 5kg dumbbell is too heavy for me, so instead I'm trying with 2 kg. My arms are thinner as compared to my remaining body. So the bigger goal is to increase the mass of my arms, dumbbell will help with that right ?

i don't think smell ka koi issue hai. Rubber ya PVC thoda weird smell krta hai

Realistically one can gain about 4-5kgs in 8 weeks but these numbers may vary from person to person depending on many factors

agar energy ka issue hai toh khane par focus karo aur workouts short rakho..slowly energy and stamina will increase and then you will be able to improve in your workouts.
