    PCOS is not an excuse, women and men have different hormones and losing weight is not easy with PCOS, I myself have lost 20 kilos with PCOS but until I saw results, I was told that I was lazy and not disciplined enough even though I was regularly working out and dieting. There are many content creators who are creating awareness regarding this. I repeat,”WOMEN WITH PCOS ARE NOT LAZY OR GIVING EXCUSES” as a content creator please be mindful because some man will listen to your words and say condescending words to his wife that she is giving excuses! As a person who’s gone through it for years, it’s depressing and takes a toll on your self esteem No ovaries, no opinion! Thank you!

    Right I am also suffering for years more than 7-8 years...went for treatment of PCOS, irregular periods, weight gain.. I know how much hard work I do, wake up early dn have warm water dn at day time I have detox water,do regular exercise, avoid junk,oily food & sweets....I am punctual in every work+ eating. Still people who doesn't know me close leaves a comment Like maybe sneha you sleep a lot, do exercises sneha, don't eat so much Maggie( and Maggie is the hatemost food for me), i cook but i never had that... PCOS is never a excuse, and not all the women having PCOS is lazy☹️

    @@snehasaikia1396 my heart goes for you, only someone who is going through it knows how it feels, it feels like you are failing no matter what you do, thankfully some wise content creators are spreading awareness regarding this but still people around are not understanding enough. Today, even after losing 20 kgs I’m told constantly that I need to lose more weight, I need to work on my body and now I don’t even bother because I know they don’t have half my willpower and discipline!

    I am diabetic with PCOS. Khajoor, kishmish, dark chocolate, fruits sab sugar badata hai, But Stevia nahi. Never read or heard that stevja causes sugar or insulin spike.Please varify

    That was a very wrong sentence which you framed in the beginning of the clip ranveer 🙄 "NOBODY MAKES IT A REASON TO NOT LOSE WEIGHT" because of PCOS its extensively difficult to lose weight compared to just an obese/ overweight person. No one makes it a reason as an excuse; it is a genuine problem.Talk to doctors before making statements like that before making presumptions o.t.b.o of your survey.

    We live in US and cook everything ourselves. Outside food is very bad. Who will make these dal, sabzi, chicken, soup, salad on a daily basis for us?? How do we control portion and lose weight.     Hello Anshika, I am a nutritionist who want to help women lose weight and take control of their lives. These are some things that I do staying outside India: 1) eat oats every single day: yes I know you will feel horrible thinking but trust me this helps a lot. my oatmeal is steelcut oats, handful of nuts, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 serving of blueberries and rasperberries frozen in soya milk.This has a total of 20 g protein. If you dont like soya milk try using cows milk. dont go for extra low fat as that will contribute to sugar spike. 2) prepare something indian mostly. soya chunks, paneer, tofu, chole, rajma, chana etc everything has protein. 1 serving of veggie per person, reduce carbs and amp up the protein 3) dinner i eat eggs but you can try eating some simple high protein salad. it will help. I know you might think that you will get bored with all of this. but trust me if you have a healthy lifestyle it will save you all the hosp bills in US and you will be able to spread joy and happines. If you feel you are bored because of eating same food then try learning a new skill a hobby like sports art music or dance and you will feel happier. for workouts, one of the best ones is the animal flow workout. you just need your body to get started .     There are people asking whether stevia spikes blood sugar or not: 1. Stevia ALONE does not contribute to blood sugar spike. 2. Most of the Stevias sold in the market contain some other agents like dextrose, maltodextrin or erythitol. These agents contribute to blood sugar spikes (not the stevia). So please be mindful while buying one, check the ingredients properly.

    Pcos is a chronic condition they are not giving excuses! It causes weight gain. You can lose but it is extremely difficult not like regular people without pcos
