I did only 2 days a week as I stay in Ireland and its hard to manage everything alone. Welcome to my channel. A health issue may slow down your progress but you absolutely can work around it. List out your food restrictions, the. Construct a food plan excluding those. There are a lot of alternatives available.

@@Fitnfierceneetu there were many restrictions for 2 months but now i can eat pretty much everything home made, other than Dairy or spicy food. My meals contain- meat ( boiled chicken ) eggs and for dairy alternatives- soy milk / almond milk, tofu Dry fruits , daal and fish occasionally. Because of the chronic indigestion i have included more greens n fruits . Loved roti over rice before this health issue, now i do rice more than roti for it rarely triggers my gut inflammation. With that said, i am doing exercises and been doing better health wise. Thank you for your attention towards my concerns.

Wooow... Honestly its really hard for me to get motivated about everything theses day due to some mental struggles BUT you are a gem trust me. That depends on how your recovery has been. Exercises remain the same unless there is anything specific that you must be mindful of as per your case.

Weightlift karo + cardio karo..high protein diet lo and eat maintenance calories or small deficit....this way you will be able to maintain the weight lekin fat kam ho jayega aur muscle gain ho jayegi aur aap apne body ka composition change kar paoge.

If you are not working out then the demand of protein won’t be as much and I think you should be able to eat it from your food sources
