    @@Fitnfierceneetu there were many restrictions for 2 months but now i can eat pretty much everything home made, other than Dairy or spicy food. My meals contain- meat ( boiled chicken ) eggs and for dairy alternatives- soy milk / almond milk, tofu Dry fruits , daal and fish occasionally. Because of the chronic indigestion i have included more greens n fruits . Loved roti over rice before this health issue, now i do rice more than roti for it rarely triggers my gut inflammation. With that said, i am doing exercises and been doing better health wise. Thank you for your attention towards my concerns.

    Will surely make one! However, nothing different you need to do. Train full body lifting weights, eat high protein diet and eat either maintenance or deficit calories.

    If you are not working out then the demand of protein won’t be as much and I think you should be able to eat it from your food sources

    you cannot determine your performance on the basis of sweat or how sore you are. Just keep doing the work

    I'm 28 and I weigh only 46 now. I used to weigh 59 two years ago. I'm getting worried now and whenever I start eating well i get sick is there any way to balance everything

    Look you know start slow. Don't rush your body to a point that it ends up getting sick. Slow and steady you will not just make progress but keep the process comfortable on your body too.
