    This is such a great workout, Keoni!! I can’t say that I’m all that fond of HIIT WO’s, but I really enjoyed doing this one! (‘Rest’ & ‘Recovery’ were prob my fav parts 😂 j/k) Thanks for another great workout!! 😊

    Ponieważ nie umię angielskiego piszę po polsku. Znalazłam ten kanał i spróbowałam z Tobą ćwiczyć. Mam 63 lata , mam sporą nadwagę , co nie znaczy że jestem niesprawna. Bardzo lubię ćwiczyć przy żywiołowej muzyce i daję radę. Ćwiczę 5 razy w tygodniu, różnie od 30 do 50 minut. Myślę że będą dobre efekty mojej pracy . Pozdrawiam

    Hi there. Tempo and pace is ok…could be faster….but choreo is tight …a little sleepy…. Amounts to just quick small moves……let’s think big!!!!!😅 (not a fan of the overlay cueing 😞]
