    🔥🔥🔥 I can’t properly explain how much I needed this. I was about to go back to bed at 2pm and just barely saw the workout posted.     Kelley Wyskiel. I understand great sorrows in regard to LIFE ugggh yesterday was my 5th year husbands death anniversary. I was gonna go work with RTTR i went to bed and cried myself to sleep.     (edited) .. i was 96 kg .. now I'm 90 kg i lost 6 kg in 2 weeks just with your workout .. without a diet .. now I'm planning to start an intermediate fasting and a diet i think the results would be great .. my goal weight is 56 kg luv u 💜

    This work out is fun and enjoyable; even the music that is played with it is also dance able. Even a 70 year old will be able to follow the moves. One thing that is also good is the absence of advertisements. I like it, Keoni.

    I think your workouts keep getting better and better! Love the moves, loved the music, love that you even snuck in some toning moves. Just what I need right now. Want to keep my walks going, but we’ve got 115 degree heat index going on. Want to keep my fitness up and I don’t have a “death wish”!

    I'm loving your speed walk workouts. Your step count is the closest to accurate I can find. I hope you'll do many more 30-, 45-, and 60-minute versions.
